Majestic

$79 service fee which is understandable since they were very prompt in answering my call and sending a tech out to fix a pin hole leak in the copper piping in my garage. Very simple fix and easily accessible. Literally 3-4 inches of 1/4 copper needed replaced where the leak was and they wanted $522 for the repair. I asked why so expensive and Josh began to tell me about machine costs and overhead, etc. etc. and even told me it would take him about 15 minutes to repair. Ok, so 15 minutes of your time, let's say $100 in parts (probably high).so how do you get to $525. Look, I understand businesses have to make money (I own one myself) but come on guys.

That's just ridiculous. I called another plumber and they quoted me $250 over the phone. Half the price, no service fee, no need to waste my time. I don't post reviews but this had to be shared. Always get multiple quotes if you can.especially in this market. Good luck out there.

Look elsewhere. Expensive. And transparency is an issue. They were more focused on collecting the $79 trip charge that I was not informed about when making the appointment. They admitted they had failed to tell me about the charge after they reviewed my phone call since apparently every phone call. I did pay the $79 as I was not out to get anything for free.

Just wanted good service. I was going to use them after a month since it was an expensive job and not urgent. But i got a bitter taste after I felt like they were more concerned about the $79.00 that i decided to look elsewhere. That's when I realized Majestic quoted me $900 for just parts when the part itself is no more than $350 at any plumbing supply house.

Another company I called quoted me almost a thousand dollars less than Majestic. What a huge price discrepancy. Maybe they thought we'd blindly pay it since it was for a commercial property. I will say that the tech did show up on time in the appointment slot promised so that was good.

Excellent service. Josh arrived on time and explained in detail what he was going to do (locate and repair leak in plumbing that was under the foundation slab). He explained how he was going to repair the concrete as well. He cleaned up everything. I use Majestic for all my plumbing needs. Service: Plumbing leak detection

Majestic sent two men to our condominium complex to try to locate the spot where a smaller blue-poly branch water main connects to the larger copper (or galvanized) supply main. The goal is to then replace the troublesome blue-poly pipe. The men searched for approximately three hours, but were not able to locate either the supply main or the connection spot.

In fairness to them, this area seems to be a difficult one for locating since I had previously had two other locating services out here for the same purpose and both were unsuccessful. We paid Majestic the previously agreed-upon price. Needless to say I was disappointed again and I wrote an unfavorable review of their work. Several days later I was contacted by Majestic and was told they would be back to try again.

The two men who were here previously (Blaine and Dustin) returned and were accompanied by Majestic's owner Lonnie Perry. Again there were problems with the locating signal, but with Lonnie's experience and the assistance of the other men, they were able to locate the supply main and the point where the new branch main can be connected. I was extremely pleased with their persistence and the fact that we were not charged for the three hours they were here the second time.

My faith in Majestic has been restored (they had been here previously and done excellent work) and I will be happy to recommend this company to any and all who are looking for quality plumbing services.

The service tech explained why code prevented a straight-up replacement and gave me two options which would meet current code. I chose one and they completed the functional part of the work in a matter of hours (after regular business hours). They came back and finished cosmetic and additional work the next day. Very happy with the service and the product purchased.

My experience was the worst with this company. The technician did a misdiagnosis, by the end of day the problem was still the same. I called the company. The receptionist was rude and insisted that I pay an additional $125, so they can come out again. The technicians are a bunch of scammers, who take advantage if u live alone and not know much. They refuse to give me a refund! Very disappointed in this company and will never recommend!

Dustin was amazing. Very informative and kept me updated throughout the entire service. He went over and beyond to assist with uncloging my drains. I will definitely utilize this company in the future for other needs for my home. Services: Drain cleaning, Plumbing leak detection

I hired them to install to dedicated outlets for warehouse equipment. The quoting process was quick and easy. Luke explained everything and even took the time for two additional calls. Their tech, David, performed the job. Very professional and explained everything, He did a fantastic job and cleaned the area up better than he found it.

I have been using Majestic for more than 6 years they have professional technicians but doesn't matter how good the service is if you have bad customer service and scheduling. Recently I used them for electric and plumbing jobs and they messed up my project schedule by setting up an appointment for a day and send me the technician on a different day or reschedule the appointment for a week later right before the appointment time and the reason they say: we had "emergency" call.

They rescheduled three appointments in one week and I had to do one of these jobs by myself to not mess up the other project's schedules. I don't recommend them if you are not flexible in timing. I won't use them again until they change their customer service and have a better schedule system.

I've used Majestic several times now between finding & repairing a gas leak both behind the stove and around the gas fireplace. I had them install a new garbage disposal. I had them install additional outlets in both bathrooms & add one outside. Also replaced some kitchen outlets that were failing. They have always been on time, professional and made sure they cleaned up behind themselves. I will be using them again and will not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks guys!

Had a leak in pipe from meter to house. Allen quickly found the problem & replaced the line. They did a good job & I will use their services in the future.
