Maids Of Honor

I have mixed reviews. Had 2 people show up for a whole house cleaning, one arrived 30 min early and other 30 minutes late. Early girl did an outstanding job, while late girl's areas needed redoing. I will error on the side of good and give 4 stars, only because one worker did an outstanding job and had an outstanding and customer service oriented attitude.

If it was just her I would have given 10 stars. I do reccomend them, just be careful who you get, and don't be afraid to ask for somone different if they look like they won't meet your expectations.

We have used their service now for a few months! We were extremely impressed the first time they came out. The next time our cleaner had a trainee with her and it wasn't as great as the first time. I love that they will use the specific products I leave out for them to use. Service: Standard cleaning

After being a loyal customer for over 4 years with flexibility, on time payments, referrals and generous tips, I made a request to have the same cleaner or at least someone who had been to my house before so I would not have to show a new person around and explain the cleaning each time a new cleaner came. After missing my last cleaning date and not calling to reschedule, they called and informed me they could not fulfill my request due to their high turnover and that my 2400 sq. feet house was not a big enough to warrant one of their regular cleaners.

Instead of at least making an effort to try to keep a great customer they insulted me. The cleaning job I had been getting during the pandemic was minimal at best but I had stayed a loyal customer. This is extremely unprofessional and uncaring for their loyal clients. I was having them clean every two weeks.

I wish I could reply directly to the owner's comments on Katie Struckhoff's review. I'm sad to say it, but the owner is a liar. Perhaps she has us confused with someone else. They have NEVER been locked out and we have never insisted on the same person. I work from home and they have our garage code. We have expressed a preference, but never insisted on the same person. We've only requested they send someone who had been to our house before. A score of 3.8 on Google should tell something about their service.

Update to their response: they did not refund the full amount. They did a "partial" refund even though no work was done. Charging for a "trip fee" to do NO work. Unacceptable and was not a resolution! My sister hired you guys to clean my house before I moved in. I showed up and nothing was done. There's food on the counters, in the appliances. Dust everywhere.

It's awful. And we were told you did a deep clean in the kitchen and bathrooms. I have videos them at show you most definitely did not do anything. It's gross. And the manager refused to do anything about it and charged my sister anyways. Anyone want to see videos of how gross it is message me! And I'll try to post in comments. DO NOT HIRE! Ugh!

We have had Maids of Honor house cleaning services for the past couple of years and it has been such a blessing! They always do a detailed, thorough job and are such a friendly group to work with. We have had both a deep clean and routine weekly services to maintain our bathroom, kitchen, and living area. I’ve never had an issue with areas being overlooked or skipped, and as soon as we walk in you can tell (and smell) that the house is fresh and clean! My husband seriously loves their service and it has made our family life so much simpler and more enjoyable. 100% would recommend!

I would recommend Maids of Honor to anyone looking for cleaning service in your home. They have cleaned my home biweekly for over 2 years and I have always been satisfied. They are also good to work with when there are schedule changes. When I move to a new home later this year, I will be keeping my service with them!

The business I work for has used Maids of Honor for six years and we have been extremely happy with the level of service provided. I am responsible for the maintenance of the facilities, so it is my job to coordinate cleaning services. It is a sizable company with multiple buildings, including a large garage with several utility vehicles, mechanics, etc.

Over the 26 years I have worked here, they have been the most reliable, trustworthy cleaning company we've had. They are always quick to respond to any concern, report anything out of the ordinary and care for our buildings like they own them. A lot of pride goes into their work. Their honesty and integrity is unquestionable. The crew once even found a $100 bill in a trash can that had fallen off the counter by mistake and turned it in. The owners are terrific to deal with and are supportive of their employees. I really can't recommend them highly enough.

She acted put out by any question that was asked about what was included and what would be additional.

Our office manager is super laid back and friendly and doesn't like confrontation at all so for her to even say something it had to be a really bad impression. For any service company that you are going to be letting into your home or office outside of business hours or with out being there you would expect at least a little kindness but especially one that claims to be a Christian company should not be so rude right from the first interaction.

I would not recommend this company. There are plenty of other better options in the Springfield area. I am embarrassed that I even recommended them to our manager in the first place.

We've had several companies clean our properties over the past 10+ years. We would have to say this company is the most accommodating, dependable, is priced reasonably, and the staff is very professional and courteous. If you are looking for a cleaner in the Springfield area, we would highly recommend this one.

This service is very unreliable. If you have a problem they will not take care of it and the owner will not call you back. I gave this company a full year to get the service correct but the last straw was when they did not bother to show up on the day to clean my home and when I called the owner could not be bothered to call me.
