Wow! Talk about great customer service. I needed my sold house cleaned at the last minute. I should have scheduled it a lot earlier but I called Maids and More 2 days before closing and they rallied! As I had called other companies who turned me away I was more than pleasantly surprised. Made room on the schedule and cleaned the entire house the next day.

It really saved me. They did an excellent job and were supportive and kind throughout a very stressful time for me. I would highly recommend them for any cleaning service you need.

I was referred by a RE Agent, whom I've since advised not to recommend clients here. Honestly this is the only money I feel like I "threw away" after buying our first home! Hopefully they take this feedback. Wasn't very satisfied with this service. Our small house was completely empty when we used them. They sent 3 maids and they were there for maybe 6 hours.

Why so long, idk? We didn't have them clean any of the kitchen (no cabinets or appliances). They quoted $75 per appliance and extra for baseboards, which is why I made the decision to do it myself. They left the window sills black and dusty, then when I called after they said that was extra. windows aren't included in a ~$600 deep clean?! They are new windows so it took me 5 mins to do myself after, the sills just needed a wipe down which I expected to be included.

The only thing they must've cleaned were the floors and walls then, and it wasn't visibly dirty to begin with. I was bummed that when I came home, the house didn't smell like it had just been cleaned and I wanted that "someone else lived here" smell gone. I was able to achieve it quickly after re-cleaning the hardwoods. They were easy to get ahold of, on time, and quick to take payment (lol). Just wish the value was there so that I'd want to use their services again. I won't be recommending their services at this time. :(

Kudos to Maids & More for the great job they did doing a deep clean on our house recently. It's hard for my wife and I to keep up with the house cleaning due to our ages so we hired the Maids to deep clean and they did. They came out the day after we called and the crew worked until they covered everything we had pointed out. We have several shelves with numerous knickknacks and they were all cleaned carefully.

They cleaned all of the windows inside and vacuumed everything. The bathrooms turned out spotless and the tile and grout looked almost new. The next morning, we looked around the house again and I mentioned to my wife that the house "sparkled". They worked meticulously and quickly. Great job. We will look to the Maids & More for future work.

They quoted me a price of less than $500 but managed to charge nearly $800. The service itself was reasonably thorough, but it's still unfortunate. Service: Moving clean

Had construction work done in my home. Maids & More did an excellent job of cleaning up after and it looked as if the dry wall dust had never been there! I was thrilled when I walked in after they finished. I would highly recommend Maids & More as trustworthy and thorough. Service: Deep clean

We hired Maids & More to do a deep clean and window washing to get our rental house ready to sell. They coordinated a good date to do the work, and showed up on time that morning, with a cleaning crew, and a window washing crew. My husband said that there was "a gaggle of folks" there working. The windows hadn't been cleaning in probably 5 years. Everything looked so very clean and it smelled wonderful when they were done. We put the house on the market a day later, and it was sold in 2 days. I'm sure the super cleaning job that was done helped! I'm going to have them do my own house next!

Professional and excellent customer service from both cleaning personnel and managers. Courteous staff that do a great job cleaning our home on an every other week schedule. They will be cleaning all of our windows, both inside and out, later this month. Highly recommend Maids n More!

Friendly business with solid results! We have used Maids & More for almost 10 years now, with semi-monthly service the last 2 years. They are very consistent in the quality of their work and have been a solid and affordable choice for my family. Prior to the last two years, we used them occasionally to come over and clean before big events at our house; we so enjoyed the quality of their work that we decided to make it a frequent service.

Terrible customer service, I had to call them twice to try and setup an appointment. First time they took my info and said "they'd get back to me". The second time I called (2 business days later), the guy was rude, asked if it was a "for real call", and then the insisted that I didn't want their service. What kind of business does that, esp one which is primarily based on 2 tenants: CUSTOMER SERVICE and cleaning. Awful!

It is a great please to have your maids clean my house. A cousin, who stayed with me over Thanksgiving thought my house still smelled new. I know of no other compliment I can express for my appreciation of your staff's work.
