Been dealing with them for 3 or 4 years. They're fast and fair. Today I had no access. I called them before opening time and they returned the call a few minutes later. By 10:00 they were here. Within 2 hours of calling and never being a customer of this company, Richard came to my daughter's house and diagnosed the problem. He repaired an old unit for a reasonable price. we will use this company again when she replaces her old system. He was prompt, fair, and honest which is hard to find these days. Highly recommend ASAP A/C.

My A/C stopped working early Sunday. I called several companies including my regular A/C service provider and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone except for ASAP who agreed to come before 1:00 PM.
Richard the technician showed up two hours early and within 45 minutes he had my A/C running. I was stunned that anyone would answer the phone Sunday morning, much less show up on time and provide this competent of a service for at a reasonable price. If you live in Houston Heights, ASAP A/C is the company to call.
