A good room with modern furnishings and comfortable bed. Really good bathroom. Helpful staff. Lots of free parking. Also enjoyed breakfast. We can really recommend Kathy's Plaice for fish & chips as an eating place for evening meal

Ok but needs some tlc. Be warey of the carpark. If you don't register your car number plate at reception you will get a parking fine. Another money grabbing private car park firm taken it over. Bad move for any hotel.

Although the hotel is a little dated in a few areas, the facilities were good. Staff were friendly and prices were reasonable. The hotel was also clean and tidy with free parking.

Seven of us had a meal, 22nd Jan. Service was excellent and the man who looked after us was very attentive and polite. Food very good and reasonably priced. Would go again. Very pleasant evening.

We couldn't fault them. They were very helpful and welcoming. Everything was very clean and they gave us an excellent breakfast. There was no restaurant so we did have to go out for our evening meal but they recommended an excellent Indian restaurant a short walk away. Just one suggestion : the lack of colour in the decor was a little depressing.

There isn't a ton to say about this hotel but it was safe, comfortable and convenient. THE Lowenac is very similar to Camborne itself: a quiet port to stay in as you explore the rest of Cornwall but don't expect anything fancy. The room was clean and sizable with an ensuite and a TV. WiFi is free and there was breakfast available for a price, although I didn't eat at all so cannot comment on the food.

Parking is also freely available and it is a few minutes from the motor way which made it ideal as a base. I would stay again if I visited Cornwall as the best thing going for it was its affordability.

Promptly returned my call today (Saturday). Arrived on schedule. Mark ran diagnostics on the unit and fixed the problem. Professional, courteous, and honest. I've been dealing with another A/C company for a while and their only interest was to sell me a service contract.

Wow, what superb service! We noticed a leak in our AC system and water was damaging our hardwood floors. I phoned and explained the situation and the staff actually sent someone over within the hour to service our AC system.
