Greg Luka was absolutely phenomenal. I locked my keys in the car. He responded immediately at midnight on a weekday, drove 40 minutes to me, and had me in my car in less than 5 minutes after arriving. Quality Service at a fair price! Highly recommended!

I somehow locked myself out of my house today and Lock Doctor came to the rescue. They were very professional on the phone and showed up extremely fast. The person that helped me (forgive me his name escapes me) was very polite and upfront about the process. I hope I don't need this service again, but if I do I know who I will be calling.

Greg was great to deal with and his prices are very reasonable. I had a very small piece of key break off in my Thule rooftop cargo carrier and he was able to remove the broken pieces very quickly. Because of Lock Doctor my family can now enjoy our vacation and keep use our cargo carrier!

I lost my keys a few days ago probably threw them away with the takeout bag on accident but I sent them a message yesterday kind of late in the evening through their website and was reached out to within a few hours. I was told by another company that it would be about another couple days before they could get to me but the Lock Doctor guy was able. to take care of us the day after reaching out to them and the guy was super nice and very considerate by calling me and letting me know of any delays he was having before he got to me.

The whole thing was taken care of within 30 minutes super affordable would 100% recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future. Can't say enough good things about them!
