After a hail storm damaged our roof and gutters (and more), we were inundated with door to door roofing contractors. But only one, yes only one, Joe from Linear Roofing seemed honest, kind and considerate, so that is why we chose Linear. And OMG, after this company completed replacing our entire roof and gutters, my wife and I were completely satisfied 110%.

They were on time and completed the job in less than 8 hours with an amazing large and highly trained work crew. This is a revision to my initial review. The roofing work was done competently (in other words, no leaks). The financial dealings with Linear, however, were sketchy and suspicious. I would not work with linear on any future project ever again. I cannot do business with companies that I cannot trust. We were given a statement for our roof replacement but after it was finished, our linear representative informed us of several thousand dollars in supplemental costs which mysteriously cropped up and which we were responsible for out of our own pocket immediately.

I am so glad Nate from Linear Roofing came to my house one Saturday and offered to do a free roof inspection due to other damage in the area. The many photos he took of my roof damage along with documentation of recent hail and wind events were assembled into a professional portfolio, which was submitted to my insurance to support my roof damage claim. Nate worked diligently and professionally with my insurance adjuster resulting in full replacement of not only my roof, but also rain gutters, several pool cage screens, and interior ceiling repairs.

He advised me, kept me constantly informed, and handled all the details through the entire process, from claim submission to installation day. Installation was trouble free with Nate there to supervise and do quality control from beginning to end. Clean up was also totally complete. I appreciate Nate's persistence and professionalism to obtain the most insurance coverage possible, resulting in my beautiful new roof and gutters. I would recommend Linear Roofing to anyone.

Very professional service delivered by Colin and his crew. Since the beginning, throughout the entire journey Colin was there to give me the right and timely information. He wouldn't worry to come home and talk with me as many times as needed. The whole process with insurance company, appraiser can be cumbersome, but Colin helped me the whole way. We could not be happier with our new roof installed by Linear Roofing. Brad Barree is an impressive project manager with years of experience and it definitely shows. They completed the job quickly and cleaned the job site, leaving no nails or roofing materials behind. Brad worked with my insurance company providing all the required documents and even hand sketched several of my bedrooms with their software. The entire process was quick and easy. I am very satisfied with their work and i am now convinced that he is the best project manager at the company!

I rarely take the time to write reviews but feel I must given the great service received from Miguel Garza and Jose de la Torre. If you're looking for a no hassle roof replacement experience with experts who know how to navigate the insurance world, look no further. Miguel and Jose were thorough in answering all of my questions and went above and beyond to ensure work was done timely and up to par with their quality standards.

They were very hands on from the start, from walking the adjuster through the site inspection to providing documentation of work completed. The entire process was incredibly smooth. I had to do nothing else but file the initial claim with my insurance provider, schedule a date to have the adjuster come out to inspect, and they took it from there. Work was completed promptly and their clean up crew made sure all was left in perfect condition. I give them my full recommendation. Truly the best team in the industry!

I am very grateful that Linear Roofing stopped by my house to offer a free roof inspection. I was hesitant at first because my claim had been denied a few weeks earlier. Tyler Weir, the Project Manager, convinced me that if they found hail damage they will work with the insurance company to arrange for a reinspection. After the reinspection, the insurance company decided that I needed a new roof. Tyler provided excellent customer service by taking care of the paperwork with the insurance company and all the installation details from the ordering of the shingles to the complete install.

The project took only one day the guys arrived early that morning and was very respectful of my property. Tyler returned the day after to do an additional nail sweep in my yard. The communication was great he kept me informed throughout the entire process. I am very pleased with my roof and the professionalism of Linear Roofing. I would definitely refer this company to others. I am very happy. I got a new roof and saved $$$ on my insurance policy. Thank you!

Jake was a great general contractor making sure all of his guys were on time and ready to work. He was there start to finish helping out were he could and make sure I was completely satisfied with the service. He even came out and picked up the extra material when his guys couldn't get it. We used Linear roofing for the hail storm that his us in May 2021. Diego was amazing to work with and did a 5 star job. He took care of all the details and made the process super convenient.
