After waiting for days for the plumber to arrive to fix our stopped up kitchen sink, we decided to call Lewis Plumbing. Not only did Lewis Plumbing show up first thing in the morning, after our initial call, but we received a text telling us when we could expect the plumber to arrive. Falk, our plumber was not only punctual, but extremely courteous & professional with over 30 years of experience. Falk replaced pipes, installed a new disposal and made the job look effortless & was very conscientious in the process - we have definitely found our new plumber for all our plumbing needs - Also, sent the invoice online, which We found very professional - Amazing service!

This is not a trustworthy business. Lied about price of the job and plumbers seemed to take an awfully long time to do the work compared with others we have used. Was quoted $120 per hour min charge to come out but applied to work if we hired them. I agreed as they said someone could be out the next day. It was the holidays and everyone else was super busy. Needed a shower drain connected and the heater fixed in our ADU.

Two plumbers showed up - one was an assistant. The first plumber told us we would need a new heater! After discussion they decided they needed to simply replace a wire a rodent chewed through. It seemed a simple job but plumbers came without parts and were gone an hour getting them. Job took 4 hours (3+1 hr getting parts). Bill showed everything broken down but labor was now per plumber and since they sent 2, they charged $120 for the first and $60 for the assistant.

I called the front office to complain and they changed their story. Had they told me $180 in the beginning, I would have never hired them. I tried disputing this with the owner, Martin. Owner would not honor price. Poor customer service. Not trustworthy. Won't hire again. 2 stars for competent work and nice plumbers.

We had a water main burst at our house in the middle of the night. Huge disaster since it was under the driveway. After shutting off the water, I called Lewis Plumbing the next day. They had a crew out super fast and started work almost immediately. They got us back up and running quickly and worked with us to help us save some money on the driveway repair. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the final bill was. Super happy I called them first.

These folks are fantastic! My basement flooded over the holiday weekend while my in-laws were visiting from out of town - perfect timing, right? I called several plumbers, but none were able to get to my house for a few days, which obviously wasn't going to work. Lewis Plumbing sent their service tech, Joe, out within a few hours, and he was AWESOME.

Joe assessed the problem efficiently, snaked the main drain and cleared the blockage within minutes.

I would have been happy with that, but Joe took it a step further and crawled into the wet, dark, cramped muddy crawl space under our home REPEATEDLY until he found the loose coupler where the leak was coming from, and fixed it! I've had multiple other plumbers straight-up refuse to crawl under the home in the past, and Joe didn't hesitate. When he was done, he took the time to wipe the mud up from where he had been walking - it is extra steps like that which show that these guys, and Joe especially, really care about their work and take pride in what they do.

I thought the price for all of this work was really reasonable. I've already recommended Lewis Plumbing and Joe to my parents, and I'm glad to know we've found "our guys" should another plumbing problem arise!

Lewis Plumbing has provided quality plumbing services to our Mobile Home Park for the past several years. They are professional, prompt, and thorough. I appreciate that they send a photo of the plumber they are dispatching to your property and that they follow up after the service is completed. I highly recommend you call them when you need plumbing services.

My husband and I are very pleased with services from Lewis Plumbing. Eric installed a new gas line for a new meter thru the length of our house to a new furnace without any issues. On another occasion soon thereafter, Eric was called to repair a previous plumbers "short cut" which was identified when Goleta Water District did a Smoke Test of the neighborhood water lines. Both costly endeavors... but necessary and the work was done perfectly to the best of my knowledge.

Let me just start out by saying Matthew is a stud. Had to call 4 different plumbing companies before Lewis in order to get someone to come out to my house. Damn Santa Barbara.
Mathew came out and fixed my leaking tankless water heater and informed me that it was under warrantee even though they didn't install it! Thanks for the ground work to save me some coin and get the job done. Will definitely be using Lewis again if needed.

A few months ago we had a plumbing emergency. After calling several different places in frustration, Lewis plumbing was the only place willing to come out and fix the problem right away! Everyone from Nicole to the gentleman that came to fix our faucet was awesome! I give you guys 5 stars and will be calling in the future for my plumbing needs! Joe was great! Clean, organized...got the job done right. Also a major plus was his amazing and informational attitude. He told me what he was doing and why. I have a very old home, with original (and fragile!) plumbing. Our kitchen drain was flowing in no time. I recommend Lewis Plumbing whole-heartedly. Phil at Lewis Plumbing was extremely professional and kind with my elderly mother, and creatively worked out clever solutions to solve problems and save us money in the least disruptive way possible. I value his ingenuity and willingness to consider more than one way of doing things. His excellent people skills also smoothed over what could have been an impossible customer. Job was done quickly, thoroughly, and securely. I couldn't be happier.

I called on a referral from a general contractor friend. I called late on a Tuesday morning, and Erik showed up at 8 on Friday. All in one day, he replaced three sink stoppers, one tub stopper, two shower heads, one multi-function kitchen faucet, three toilet flaps, one broken shower flow control, one pressure regulator. He thoroughly explained all that he was doing, and why. We're happy to pay the price for great service, and will call Lewis again when the need arises.

I dealt with several plumbers who wasted my time until Lewis plumbing showed up. They spent the time needed to do the job correctly the first time and it was done at a price I could live with. Professional and on time.

Came out within 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon. Cleaned out our drains in an hour. Quick, reasonable, courteous, and tidy. Highly recommend Lewis.

Phone service was terrible, clear the person on the phone didn't want to be bothered with my business.
