They did a great job. It cost $250, but well worth it. The technician came out and set a trap and had the squirrel within a few hours. I spoke with the coordinator several times during the process. After the squirrel was captured they took it 15 miles away to release it. They installed an indicator to make sure no other animals were using the hole the squirrel made. After a week no indication was found, and they sealed the hole with foam.

Sameer came out and said he did and inspection. Says it was a mouse or mice. He says he placed bait in the attic and in the existing bait boxes. Says he would get a quote for potential access openings to seal up. Says they already sealed the few included in payment. Never received a receipt stating where these access points are that were supposedly sealed.
He said he would work up a quote and send pictures to the "access openings " Never received any quote. Never received a return call or text message. Just left me hanging. I believe he is a fraud getting money with no service and trying to persuade customers to sign contracts for quarterly service. Sameer is NOT to be trusted and this company should not be used.

Wow! This is the best wording to describe the level of customer service care I received from our pest control company. Ryan came in and asked where we are having issues, explained everything thoroughly. I started asking him questions about the company overall and could not be happier with the change we have made. Did a great job! They are really knowledgeable about rodent control! Lawrence Pest Control will always be my first call for pest problems. We had a mouse in our house for a few weeks. His crew tore the place apart in a good way. They checked the basement, garage and attic. No inch was left unsearched and they found the mouse entry point. A total pros!

Thanks for removing the cockroaches from the basement. They were scaring my daughter and I know they spread diseases so I wanted them removed as soon as possible. Unfortunately, it took longer because of the unexperienced exterminator that tried to deal with the cockroaches before the expert from Lawrence Pest Control.
