We had the carpet cleaned in three rooms. We are caregivers for my mother and two of the rooms are where she resides. Since we couldn't stay out of those rooms until the carpet dried, the technician went above and beyond by running two extra dry cycles with his equipment. I'm very pleased with the service and the results. I also had the house air ducts cleaned at the same time.

I'm also skeptical about work that I cannot inspect. What I do know is that one of my heat vent covers is bent, I cannot remove it to inspect the duct and there appears to be debris in the duct from what I can see through the louvers. There is another heat vent that is installed closed and I cannot open it. Also one of my cold air vent covers is installed upside down so I can see down into the return. I'm sure my house air ducts are cleaner than they were before the work was done, but I don't believe I should have to fix what I've hired professionals to do.

We had our air ducts cleaned out and a couple rooms of carpet. They were running a special so very fairly priced and the gentleman suggested to do a deeper clean on the carpets. He explained the benefits well and I'm glad we did it. Wonderful job! Service: General carpet cleaning

Totally disappointed! Had ducts cleaned, sectional couch, and area rug done all in 2 hours by one person. Really? A duct cleaning is 3-5 hour job for 2 people. Turned fan on furnace on and Let furnace suck in all the debris that was shook loose by the brush ( look at filter photo) never did cushion tops, came back and re-cleaned couch with some improvement, but argued that the filter was dirty from needing replaced!

Then the tech asked me to clean up the Debris he left after putting the grills back on.500.00$ for this. Wow! Had an excuse for everything, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that want a professional quality job.

The carpet cleaners were on time and communicated well. Berber is a tricky carpet to clean as they explained from the beginning. When we had one of the standard problems with wicking they returned two more times without charge to attend to this promptly.

They are knowledgeable and do a quality job, however horrible communication in pricing. We had a job and decided to use L&N they gave a price to do a job and left it half done. The technician said someone would come the next day to finish.

I hired L&N Carpet Cleaning to come in for a carpet re-stretch and duct cleaning. Unlike bigger companies, they can fix wrinkles in fine carpets that snag easily from long dog nails or furniture. Jerry and his son personally came in to complete my job and had three rooms of re-stretches completed in an hour in a half!

L&N Carpet has been cleaning my carpets for the past 5 years. They always do a great job and are always friendly. I have recommended them to all my family, and recently I found out that they do carpet repairs too.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. CALL SOMEONE ELSE! You'll end up doing it anyway. Hired this company to clean carpets in my entire house. Gave me a 3-hour window between 1 and 4pm. After waiting all day, I finally called at 4pm and asked why no one had showed up yet and was told they were running behind.
