Our fiberglass tub developed a crack and was in need of repair. My wife and I have always dreamed of a bathroom with a luxurious walk in shower. We decided it was time to make the repairs and remodel our master bathroom. There was no question about who we would call to complete the project, only KM Builders. A few years ago KM built a patio cover over the deck on the rear of our house, they did a great job.

Due to the roof style of our house adding the patio cover was complicated but no one would ever know the patio cover was not a part of the original structure. Keith is the president of the company and he came to our house to meet with us and discuss the project. I don't think you will find another company where the president of the company is involved like Keith is. Keith helped us get the bathroom we dreamed of.

We have the luxurious walk in shower, new cabinets, new countertop, new lighting and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Remodeling can be complicated and expensive but also very rewarding. I recommend you choose KM Builders to do business with. They have shown me they have the experience to deal with any complication that might arise and they are willing to work within the client's budget. Keith made sure throughout the project that we were satisfied.

Our project far exceeded our expectations in every way from the design to the completion. Kathleen and I had a couple ideas that we envisioned and Keith and Mac designed the experience so we were an integral part of the design itself. They took our initial concept and without a great cost difference completely transformed the house layout without all the walls and compartmentalization - effectively increasing the ability to entertain and seat for dinner many family members at reunions. KM Builders' allowed me to personally make a turquoise inlaid walnut bar top and a walnut serving top, which they integrated into the design.

Our Project Manager David was the nicest and most accommodating leader I've ever had working for me (the guys were also very talented and respectful). How they were able to match the travertine flooring is amazing to me. KM was flexible with add on's at minimal cost. I even had them install a bathroom ceiling fan in a bathroom I've been fighting mold (was not not even on the initial list).

Several building code requirement emerged and Keith personally was involved in minimizing the costs. The last task in the project was to install my hand crafted bar and serving top - the degree of difficulty is too hard to describe, but they brought in Chad to personally install them to perfection. This weekend, we had a family reunion and we were able to seat 12 in our newly opened dining area and 10 in our pull out kitchen table.

Everyone raved at the renovation even though everyone had already seen it. I can tell you that the cost of the project was worth every penny. I am reminded about other renovations that I have done myself and I'm always a little disappointed that I didn't get it perfect. No so with KM. Perfect. I can't get the Jingle out of my head, "You can have someone else remodel your home, but then you have to live in it". That can't be truer. I highly recommend KM Builders without hesitation.

Honest, professional, they only use licensed sub-contractors, definitely people of their word. They operate with integrity, and the cost they give you is THE cost - they will not come back to you later, multiple times, like other contractors, demanding more money to finish the project. We required a multi scope repair & remodel involving a number of aspects from flooring removal and replace to extensive gypsum and framing work. In full disclosure I have been in the construction industry for a number of years and admittedly am not a passive customer. To that point I have to give kudos to the field operations and execution of our project. The end result and craftsmanship is extraordinary. I would recommend this team for any size and complexity of work you require.

We would not recommend KM Builders. We told the owner our budget. At our first meeting at their office he suggested we take out a home equity loan. We wish we would have walked out right then. It took them 4 month and we paid them 3K to have them give us a plan almost double what we wanted to spend. We didn't even walk away with the plans. We believe they get you to put the money down to make you not want to walk away from there overpriced remodeling plans. We encourage you to get quotes from other companies before you give them a dime. We walked away and found a contractor who could do the entire project in our budget range.

We love how our home was transformed. KM Builders took the time to listen to our thoughts and ideas to help us design a better than we ever imagined new kitchen! Their process made our project run much smoother than expected. They made sure we were always informed with daily communication from our project manager (Mike Garcia) as to the work to be performed every day.

Their attention to detail during the planning process helped them have everything needed for our project before they began construction, which decreased the actual construction time. My wife and I wanted to extend our living area by adding a nice patio cover over our existing deck on the rear of our house. After talking to several roofing/remodeling companies, we found out that because of the existing roof line of our house it was not as simple as building a cover attached to the house. The patio roof would need to be built into the existing roof.

It wasn't until we spoke to the team from KM Builders that I felt comfortable that the project would look good and function well running off the water when completed. Keith is the owner and he came to our house personally to make sure we had all our questions answered. We decided to have KM Builders build the patio cover and replace the roof. We have absolutely no regrets, they did a great job.

We met with the design team to discuss what we wanted. They drew up the design and offered options while working with our budget to get the patio cover that we wanted. They handled all of the permits and approval from the HOA. The whole project was very well planned and there were no surprises. Communication was great. We got a text everyday letting us know what work would be done that day.

Every KM employee was courteous, polite and respectful. Their workmanship is first class. The patio is beautiful, no one would ever now that the cover was not part of the original structure. My wife and I highly recommend KM Builders to anyone looking for a remodeling company.
