I I was so excited about this place! As a property owner, key organization is crucial. Klein Brothers offered the solution of using a master key system! Now instead of a key for each lock, a master key or two opens every lock!

I had never had any trouble but the guy that came on Friday April 1st was rude

My husband used to always use Klein. I had an after hours emergency so I used them as they were in his phone contacts. The gentleman that came out was professional and nice. But I was less than thrilled on how much I had to pay considering it was their work that "broke". My fault for not keeping my wits about me and calling around for prices.

Capable & fair priced. You know you are at the right place when every wall behind the counter is cover with keys.

They were very friendly I needed a safe opened they didn't charge me, but their keys are pricey it cost me $20.00 for the 1st key & $2.95 for 2nd key, but all in all a nice place.

Read other negative reviews. Called to make sure they had the pins to rekey my home, I can do this myself and save hundreds considering I had 9 locks to rekey in my new home. All I need were the pins and this can be done with a 10 dollar kit from the web. Over the phone the gentleman that picked up was polite and stated they had them and to show up prior to 14:00, ran over there and for there about 13:30, when I got there I stated good afternoon, I called about buying some pins, the lady behind the counter in a very impolite voice demanded to know who I spoke to, I never asked for a name, informed the other person there that jumped in and told him what I needed, she was the one that had to go find the sets to sell me and charge me, price was ok, but 150 pins is quite a lot, inquired if they sold less, and again rudely stated, almost shouting, that's how they come, I guess this place is hit or miss.

Some people are nice and some people have a bad attitude for being there. Would i ever use them? Probably not just because I left with this feeling of mistreatment for spending money in your store! I need the parts so I spent the money and left. Please work on customer service, it says a lot about caring for your customers.

This place used to be good, I had a my house rekeyed, and a cylinder replaced a year and and 4 moths ago. I called today because the door that had a cylinder replaced was messing up again and I was treated like I want something for free. I simply wanted to know the warranty on the work. Needless to say I didn't get a answer on that but spent $300 on another job but never again, poor listening skills to say the least.
