Brand new Furnace, AC and Water Heater.replacing all 20+ year old equipment. The service and sales team were phenomenal. Professional, timely and did what they said they were going to do plus more! Replaced our entire system on the hottest day of the year without impacting our "comfort" level at all. Highly Recommend KCC to anyone in need.great job!

Absolutely horrible company, that overcharges by over 100%. Quoted 17000 dollars to replace our unit in a 1400sqft house. Just had another company leave, 7999. Taking advantage of your customer base while in a home cooling crisis is downright disgusting. I hope the higher ups choke on refrigerant. You all should be ashamed. Edit/reply: It isn't under my name. Based on all of your responses to negative reviews, you seem like a petty individual, which is no surprise based on your business practices.

It was 17k, if you're saying that it should be 8-10k, then explain why you would quote double that? I'll say it again, choke on refrigerant, thank you. I genuinely hope people start to realize how much they're getting screwed by your company.

Edit: The unit KCC installed 15 years ago reached the end of its service life. Because of their good service and support since the initial installation, it was an easy choice to have them install my new heat pump. The installation techs (Ronnie and Jack) were friendly and appropriately informative as they progressed through the installation process.

I was totally at ease during their time in my home. They cleaned up when finished and tested the system to assure proper operation. I was especially pleased with the pad and support stand for the outside condensing unit. They leveled the ground to assure it would be stable for the life of the unit, and the support stand raised the unit to assure no damage from landscaping or while trimming around it.

End of edit. I purchased a new HVAC system from them five years ago. They are competitively priced and clearly communicate the scope of work they perform. Their installers are friendly, professional, quick and clean up after completing their work. They have performed periodic service on my equipment and their service technicians exhibit a high level of courtesy and expertise. I especially appreciate that they wear disposable boot covers when entering my home to assure they keep my floors clean and free of outside debris.

John F. was an amazing sales representative at KCC. Don't let his New York accent fool you. he has great southern charm about him. Explained each system and size in detail. Gave me good prices. Gave me his cell phone number for any questions. Got a great deal on a trane AC and furnace. Installed quickly and efficiently by two super nice gentleman. Ronan the office guy was also great and professional.

Service was fine, just very dissatisfied with the installation charges. I heard the tech ask someone on the phone what to charge for the installation of a furnace part. The part price was covered under warranty. He responded to who ever he was talking to that it took about an hour tp go get the part and about an hour to install. Well he was here about a half hour total to remove and replace the part.

So I didn't know part of the installation would be to pay the tech to go where ever to pick up the part. Anyway I was charged $175.00 for a half hour part replacement. I think that is way out of bounds. I won't be calling them back.

I cannot express how happy I am with KCC and the wonderful job they did installing my new HVAC system. Not only were they extremely kind and knowledgeable about all things air and heating, they were extremely professional and finished well under the time frame they gave me as an estimate for the day. I have been living in cool happy AC bliss the last few days with my new amazing Trane HVAC system and honestly can't give them enough praise for how they took a frustrating and bummer of a situation and made it painless and better within a matter of two days. Kentuckiana Comfort Center technicians were very helpful, knowledgeable, reliable and fair. I use them in my business (Realtor with Re/Max Metro), I have a service contract with them for my own property, and I highly recommend them.

Over the past 30 years I've used a lot of different heating and cooling companies to service my properties. For the last 10 years that I've been using Kentuckiana Comfort I've been extremely pleased. The response time is unbelievable. When it's 100 degrees outside and you have a breakdown of the cooling system in an office building tenants expect a response.

We called Kentuckiana Comfort Center for a second opinion and were very glad we did. They told us we didn't need a new AC unit and fixed the problem. The serviceman was patient and explained what he found, how much it would cost to fix it, and left the place immaculate. I would highly recommend them.

I've used KCC for years, having bought two HVAC systems from them and also having them come out twice a year to check the system (AC in the spring, heating system in the fall). KCC's employees, from installers to service techs to office staff, are friendly, efficient and thorough.

This company diagnosed a problem that a previous company had misdiagnosed, causing further problems, and subsequently abandoned. KCC spent a LOT of hours diagnosing the problem and attempted to repair it before replacing the coil and a valve, which are expensive.

I like the KCC people. I have worked with several as a vendor and these guys are great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone in the Louisville area. At the end of the day it is more about people than anything else when trying to find quality and service and KCC is made-up of good people.

I will say this, my experiences dealing with KCC have been outstanding - in particular, Jill Duvall in the residential department. I can't recommend this company enough if you're looking for a responsive, friendly and effective HVAC service provider.
