This is a follow-up to my earlier review. I had gutter guards installed at the same time I had the roof puncture repaired from a falling tree. One of the guards had bowed up a little and on the other side of the house, downspout was clogged. I didn't realize the clogged down spout until we got our first rain seven months later. I contacted Ryan at Kelly roofing and they came out in just two days to correct both issues.

I asked what do I owe them and Ryan said there is no charge! These guys not only did great work (I couldn't see the roof patch at all) they stand also by their work! If you are looking for a great roofer, look no further. Kelly roofing in Sonora is it!

We have a family cabin in Long Barn which needed a new roof. The bid I received was highly competitive and the most detailed of the bunch and clearly described what would and would not be provided under the contract.

Changes and some additional work was required to the roof structure and the new gutters. He added those changes at a most reasonable cost. There were minor delays in the schedule to start but that was weather related and Ryan kept me informed on regular basis.

The finished product exceeded my expectations and his crew kept the area around the house clear of litter on a daily basis. During and at the end of the job not a single nail or other debris was to be found anywhere on the property. I ended up not only with a beautiful and well engineered new roof system but a new and reliable partner for maintenance and emergency repairs. Needed a Roof bad, winter was here! We could not get a contractor to do our home! They were all booked, Then we met Ryan Kelly! By far the most professional company I've dealt with in my 45 yrs of construction. Very respectfull towards your property, Which made us comfortable during the time it took to complete the job. Very clean! They completed the job when they said they would 2 days later it stormed then rain for a week! No problems! Everything working with Kelly Roofing was great! From start to finish Kelly Roofing was in complete contact with us. Ryan took care of all inspections and the county. We never even had a drop of input except for what roof we wanted! He was so helpful with any questions we had and we completely thank him for that! When we decided it was time for a new roof we called a few roofing companies out of the yellow pages. Some never showed up & a couple showed up & said 'I'll get back to you' but never did. We were wondering what to do next when a friend gave us the telephone number of Kelly Roofing who they had seen working on a roof in their neighborhood. We gave them a call & Ryan, the company's owner came over right away & unlike the others gave the roof a thorough inspection.

He had brochures of all the different type of materials with him & answered all our questions. He was very courteous, polite & friendly. A couple days later he had a bid worked up for us & we agreed to it. When the rains stopped, he & his crew started. His crew of men were all very nice & friendly. Ryan was up there right with them most of the time.

Again they all would answer any questions we had. At the end of every work day the crew would thoroughly clean up all around the house cleaning up debris & looking for every nail or staple on the ground. Ryan found a problem left by a few other roofing companies that was covered up & went the extra mile to tear it out completely & do the job 'right'. We are very happy with the end result. The roof looks great & Kelly Roofing did a beautiful job. We highly recommend them.

Kelly roofing just completed a roof at our residence. From start to finish Ryan did exactly what he stated he would do. I called to have him come out for a bid, he came out the same day. He gave me the bid the very next day! He was very patient in giving us many samples to choose from and was available even in his busy schedule to answer the many questions we had concerning our roof installation.

I've had Kelly Roofing do 2 houses for me. Both metal roofs. I loved that when I asked for a bid, Ryan was on it right away. Competitively priced. As soon as we agreed on doing the job they were all over it and never any BS or excuses for anything. Roofs came out picture perfect. It's hard to find someone who respects their business the way Ryan does and for that I have no doubt Kelly roofing has a bright future in The industry.

Last year I was advised that I needed a new roof as the roof started leaking at the chimney. Six different companies all gave me quotes from $12,000 to $22,000. Because of the delay in contractor's schedules I found Kelly's Roofing who was quicker and squeezed me into their tight schedule. My problem? Not the roof but the chimney itself, which I did not need (I have a propane fireplace).

I was advised that I did not need a new roof and that I am good for another five years! Woohoo! Oh and the repair bill was only $1100. Thank you Kelly Roofing! Finally an honest contractor who put their client's needs ahead.

I paid my deposit and a start date was agreed upon. However, I was continually put off for close to a month. Each time we would correspond I was told that an emergency job came up, or another job had come up. I finally told Ryan no more. It was time to do my job as he had agreed. He could put another job off, I had waited long enough. His response was to refuse to do the work. He said he would be returning my deposit. Well at the writing it's been 2 weeks and I still have not received my deposit back. And yes, he did cash the check.

We contacted Ryan about our old raggedy roof on our home in Copperopolis. Even though he was extremely busy, he agreed to come look and give us a quote. His quote was in the middle of all the quotes we got, but he had the best reviews so we chose him. He said he could squeeze us in sometime in the next couple months but did not know when. We waited for him, not sure why, just had a feeling he was our guy. Well, we are very happy we did. He kept us informed and sent us pictures of his daily progress and did an excellent job. The roof looks 100% better. He even fixed and cleaned the gutters. Awesome job!
