We got several quotes and ended up going with Jones to have a 22x18 canopy made for our outback patio. We love the canopy and structure. They were very easy to deal with and called us back when we had a question. The paint job on the structure could have been better but all in all we are very happy and love it.

This company is very unprofessional, once a job has started they can take 2 years to install 50 canvases. Brad. "the owner" is very rude when you speak with him and will not knowledge their mistakes and will force you to pay to fix it again. HORRIBLE company to do business with, please avoid at all costs.

I hired them to take down an awning on an upstairs window. They sent a 2 man crew within the hour. They also took away my awnings, as I requested. The price was quoted over the phone and initially I thought the price was high, but it is reasonable. They are licensed and insured and the work is risky. I know - I got injured trying to do it myself. I had a great experience. Fast, friendly and professional service.

Not one to normally write a review but this was a must. My elderly parents contracted them for an awning job over 6 months ago. They took the deposit and said 2-4 weeks until completed. It's been 27 weeks and still Nothing! Broken promises and Lots of Lies! Company owner Mr. Brad Jones and his Weasel son are robbing old people over 70 years old with NO CONSCIENCE!

Please save yourself the trouble and heartache. They have put so much stress on my parents, it's Ridiculous. You know if they will rob older folks than the gloves are off for Anyone! Please BEWARE! THIEVES-THIEVES-THIEVES-THIEVES

I hired Jones Awnings Orlando to install a retractable awning for my patio. It looks great and was done quickly. I worked with Bob and he was very professional and punctual. He was going to be 15 minutes late to our initial meeting and called ahead to let me know. It's hard to find people that respect your time. I would highly recommend Jones Awnings Orlando if you are looking to get any awning work done. Great experience all around.

We contracted Jones awnings in March of 2017 to fabricate and install new awning frames and covers for our condominium. We were given a completion date of 8-12 weeks, It is now November and we still do not have our awnings. I have spoken with them almost weekly and am constantly told the same thing " we will be there to install tomorrow" they never show up.

We have been given every excuse from the product has not been fabricated yet (8 months waiting so far) to my entire crew just decided not to show up to work today. We have been doing business with them for years with no issues and just cannot fathom what has happened that would cause a business to fall so far.

I recently replaced my awning on my patio using Jones Awning & Canvas. It took approximately 20 weeks for the work to be completed (13 weeks before they even came out to remove the old awning to use as a template for the new awning, 7 additional weeks for the new awning to be installed).

I been dealing with them for many years for all my Awning needs. I have several locations that they install canopies for me. This people are excellent I never had any issues. The Owner Brad take care the work personally. Good people. I recommend them to anybody. Thanks Jones Awnings.

Jones Awnings Orlando is the best! After Hurricane Irma destroyed our awning, they came out quickly to asses our needs and make sure our school was safe! They were able to remove and replace all of the damaged framework and replace the awning and they even charged us way less than the local competitors! In addition, they maintained safety to provide our students with a protected and secure environment while still getting the project done ahead of schedule! I highly recommend Jones Awnings for all your aluminum & outdoor cover needs! Ask for Bob when you call to get fantastic service!

Bob was very professional in all respects; our awnings were installed earlier than they indicated they would be, and they look great on our home! We are looking forward to adding another one and will be contacting Jones Awnings Orlando for the job! We highly recommend this company.

BEWARE OF FAKE REVIEWS FOR THIS COMPANY. All of the positive reviews are people with less than 2 reviews or for a branch out of Orlando. This company was so awful to work with. We had the same experience as previous reviewers. They took our deposit and we waited for months. I contacted them frequently and was treated rudely on several occasions. We were finally given several scheduled dates and no one showed.

The crew finally showed without notice on a day we were not home. The work done was substandard and not worth the money. I contacted them via email and sent pictures. I never heard a word until they called to collect the outstanding amount. I explained the issue and was told it would be resolved. That was six months ago. In fact, I had previously written a review and see that it's now gone. And you'll notice that all the positive reviews are posted by people with only one or two reviews in their history. These are just bad business practices all around.
