Our Amana and Goodman equipment comes with a 10 year parts warranty (*coils come with a 5 year warranty unless installed with complete system, and then they have the 10 year warranty.).We offer a 1 year guaranty on our labor. We also offer an additional 10 year labor warranty for an additional fee.Not only do we service and sell quality HVAC equipment, we have a full service custom sheet metal shop where we can customize your ductwork with insulated or plain ductwork.

On the same day I called seeking relief from the horrid heat a technician arrived and promptly determined the problem areas and repaired them. No unnecessary work done or unneeded parts installed. I called my landlord a little after 8am and told her my air conditioner had froze up, she called John's Heating and Air and Greg called at around 11am and said he was on his way, he was here about 20 mins later and had my home cooled down within 30 mins. He found the system had a freon leak. He was very professional and had my air conditioning back up and running cold- Thanks John's Heating and Air, I am a happy "cool" camper now.
