I needed an updated survey of my property for some work we were planning to have done, so I called the company that built my house and got the name of John Ibarra. I was happy that they could accommodate me in a relatively short amount of time. I was expecting a call to let me know when the actual survey would take place and had to call to ensure it would take place as expected.
Two people showed up to my house on the day I was promised and did a thorough job. However, I would have appreciated it if they had some identification on their vehicle indicating they were from the company, and /or some type of identification card or badge on their person indicating they were with Ibarra and Associates. (my only real concern) As for the report itself, it was more detailed than I anticipated and very well done. I received an electronic company as well as a physical copy for my records. Overall, good job.

I have had the pleasure of working with John and his team, especially Milagros, on close to 100 surveys the last 6 years and they continue to go above and beyond whenever the situation calls for it. Our most recent assignment was for a type of survey their team had never done before, and when it was completed everyone that reviewed it was impressed with how the survey came out and said that it far surpassed the example survey we provided them.
I don't even know if I should say this, but John has made himself available to me countless times over the years at all hours to explain something my team didn't understand, or point out something the city or county had missed and talk us through how to resolve it. I can't recommend this company enough.

Excellent service and very competitive rate! I got quoted by other survey companies and John Ibarra & Associates had by far the best quote. Everything was really smooth from getting a quote, to scheduling the survey, to finally receiving the documents needed for my closing! I was in a bit of a rush and they were able to accommodate me to my needs. I really appreciate their due diligence and hard work! 10/10 would refer to a friend.

This company was great! The customer service rep that I spoke to was very helpful and informative! She was able to give me a few different surveying options and pricing by email, which I thought was great! Everything went really smooth and the topographic survey I recieved was perfect for getting our project started. We will definitely be using their service for the whole construction project!!
