JNJ Air Conditioning & Heating Fort Worth

I was told by Caverley's Heat/Air that I was low on freon and needed an evap coil replacement or a new unit, both priced very high by them. JNJ technician (Santana) checked unit which was still putting out cold air, and could not find a leak and pressures were normal. I appreciate honesty. I will use JNJ from now on. My heating went out during the night. I was able to reach JNJ by phone and they said they could come out during the night. I said I could wait until morning and made an appointment for 8am. They were here at 8am on the dot. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it. This company is prompt, professional, and very dependable. I'm beyond pleased with the service that JNJ provides!

My AC went out in my house in July when it was 99 outside. I called Jarred, who was in Texarkana at the time, we face timed, he figured out my problem and when he got home that afternoon, he got the part and came right over and we were up and running before the sun went down. It was an easy fix for him and you can’t beat that customer service. Highly recommend!!

Not once, but twice, has this professional come out to help us at the most inopportune time. Today our a/c Started leaking into our bathroom upstairs. on a Sunday on a holiday weekend, he came out, was able to fix our problem quickly, at an extremely reasonable rate. This past winter he came out when another company could not figure out our heating issue and fixed it.

Jarred answered my call at 9pm at night when others were sending me to voicemail. He offered to come out that night but I said tomorrow would be fine.
