I have used Jeff's Kitchen Bath and Beyond several times and have found all of their service providers and technicians to be be professional and courteous. This repair was for a water heater. Ricardo fully explained my options and Ric A installed a new water heater at a fair price and excellent service. I found both of them to go above and beyond with a minimal amount of hassle to me. I recommend them highly.

My house was built in 1959 and never had a modern pipe drain installed to drain the the washer water. I called for an estimate and Andrew came out and was able to deliver an estimate the next day. From there it was a slightly difficult to get the work scheduled but not a huge burden, the job was done quickly & professionally. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for, great quality of work.

Only 2 things that could be improved: - Using an online system for scheduling rather than phone - Using an online system to pay for the bill from my computer Will be calling again for any plumbing needs

My experience with Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond Plumbing was an experience of a life time. I live in NY my parents live in Florida. They are elderly and had problems at their house water/hot water forgive me I am not completely specific, but when I called I i spoke to Ricardo, since I was so distraught I tried to explain the problem and drove him kind of crazy.

He realized how useless I felt (being so far) that he immediately squeezed me into next day service. Not only that but he also accommodated a specific individual to go to my parents house and access the problem who spoke "Spanish". His name is Jimmy, first of all I was thankful because my parents do not speak "English" to good. Not only did Jimmy speak Spanish but is an extraordinary person.

He went to my parents spoke to them, accessed the problem, kept communication with me and made sure that he did not leave until the problem was taken care of. "JIMMY " Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond Plumbing" is very fortunate to have an employee as exceptional, professional and on point like you. I commend, appreciate and am very thankful that you were able to not only fix my parents problem but you made sure that you did not leave until you did.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink. Justin came out and diagnosed our problem as a defective faucet. We shopped for faucets and bought one at about 2:30, called Justin, and he came at 3:00. He provided great service!

Highly recommend this company! Our presumed problem of a broken ice maker line ended up actually being damage from a squirrel that had briefly, unbeknownst to us, been in the wall. Big surprise! but the unplanned repairs were skillfully and completely carried out in a very thorough and timely response by Jimmy. Unfazed, he was most considerate of our situation and had reasonable pricing to repair the hidden damage to pipes in the walls plus a newly discovered leak under the kitchen sink as well as the original issue of a chewed up ice maker line! Jimmy was the tech who came to install an in-line water filter for my icemaker. He arrived on-time, and was very professional, but also very nice. I was impressed enough that I decided to add a 4-stage water filter for my kitchen faucet. Already scheduled, with Jimmy to return. Ricardo in the office was very friendly and helpful as well. We had a great experience with Jeff Kitchen and Bath. Always showed up when promised even were able to work around the fact that our tile guys did not cut one hole exactly to size. Still had everything look great in the end (photo included). We will soon call them to install our new sinks and faucets once all work is done in our bathroom.

Jeff's crew did an outstanding job re-plumbing our entire house. They were well organized, professional and courteous.

Our property manager called 12 "emergency" plumbers and no one could come. We finally called our local water company to come and shut off water to the house so we could at least stop the damage. I found Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond number through a Google search and they answered right away. He let me know that his on-call plumber was over an hour away, and he reminded me that a Sunday call was time-and-a-half.

I agreed, and he sent Chris. Chris called to let me know he was on his way, and was very prompt, considering the travel time. He was professional, friendly, and took care of the situation. I asked him to look at the surrounding pipes, and he showed me areas where we could have problems in the near future, and suggested a fix for it. The pipes look great!

The charge was $250, which seemed reasonable to me, but I didn't put a price "grade" on my review because I have no experience with plumbing prices here in the Orlando area. All in all, this was a very professional company and I would call them again. Way to go, Chris, and Jeff's!

I called Jeff’s on a Saturday evening after a plumbing issue prevented me from having running water. Chris came out quickly and assessed the situation. They quoted me a great price, considering it was after hours on a weekend. Even after the job ended up being more difficult and time consuming than initially believed due to the way the house was built, the price stayed the same. Chris was professional and courteous, taking the time to ensure that I was satisfied with the work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Jeff’s again or recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services.

I highly recommend this company! Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly Called on a Sunday for a leaky kitchen pipe. After getting off the phone with the dispatch Jeff personally called me to confirm my issue and send the correct person for the job. Chris was here within 30 min and fixed the problem quickly. Very fair pricing. I think I paid the same amount through him on an after hours call that I would have paid on a regular call with another company. Definitely call if you have a problem!

After much frustration I found Jeff' Kitchen Bath and Beyond. I had to create a soil drainage line for a re-model project. Gene and Chris did a fantastic job. They were punctual, organized, knew their trade well, efficient and very clean. I felt the over all cost was very reasonable. On the office side the phone is answered quickly and the customer's questions are answered efficiently. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the near future.

I needed a repipe to replace some old plumbing, and I went with this company because their quote came back the least expensive. Robert and his crew were very courteous and professional. They were very responsive with their communication via phone and email. I had a number of questions, and Robert always responded promptly. There were a couple hiccups- the washer hoses were not reconnected properly, and I needed some piping rearranged in one part of my home, but they quickly came back to resolve the issue at no extra cost, of course. I would highly recommend Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond if you are considering a repipe.

Anthony came quickly to assist in a plumbing repair when the house we just moved into flooded. He provided great service and gave a great quote on a whole house re-plumb and a new water heater.
Dustin and his team came to do the re-plumbing and were very through.

They explained each cut, pipe placement, and answered any questions. The drywall team that Jeff partnered with - Kenny's Drywall were very professional and patched up the cut areas seamlessly.

When I wasn’t sure what I needed to purchase for my replacement shower valve, Anthony took the time to reply to me and explain what it was I needed. These guys are great! I am so happy we picked them for our re-pipe! They are curtious and very professional! We have had a lot of leaks with our copper pipes.Two within a few months of each other. We are very pleased with Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond INC! We had a leak somewhere in our water supply line. Roger came out to evaluate the leak, initially, he indicated that the whole line would need to be replaced since finding the leak would prove to be tough. Then he noticed a small leak coming from the backflow valve on the side of the house.

He said, it can't be this easy! He tightened the valve and the leak was fixed! I applaud his honesty, he could have done the expensive work and we wouldn't have known better. I hope all the technicians are of the same caliber Roger is! Thank You Roger for a job well done!

I'm not quite sure that I have enough good words to say about this company. First, as a woman who did not even know how to turn her water main off, they walked me through the process over Factime and never made me feel like an idiot. However, I should feel like an idiot for not knowing how to do that in the first place. Then when the plumber came out, he was pleasant, professional, fixed the leak quickly and at a price that was more than worth it.

This was the second company I called tonight. The first company was rude to me and quoted me twice as much and told me it would take them hours to get out to the house when I had water gushing from the wall. I would recommend this company to anybody and everybody and in the future, I will call them first. Thank you so very much.

Had a water main bust wide open over the weekend while doing yard work. Called several others but no one was able to come out and service us same day. Called Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond and got an immediate response back from the owner, who dispatched a plumber named Andrew. Andrew was onsite within an hour and finished the job within another hour.

The work was top notch and the responsiveness was amazing! They really came through in a clutch! The only downside was the price, which would have typically been very competitive, but because it was on the weekend it was time and a half, so a bit more than I wanted to pay, but for the emergency situation I found myself in I suppose it was reasonable and fair, given what other companies might have tried to charge me in the same situation.

I called Jeff to see if he could help us fix our kitchen sink, he told me he could probably help me over the phone. I called him when I got home and he gave me directions on how to do it. It was fixed in under five minutes and he was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole time. Jeff & his team are Great! Approximately two years ago our home had a huge plumbing issue and flooded out house. Jeff dropped everything to come over and handle the situation as quickly as possible. His company does fantastic work and he is the first person I refer people to when they are in need of a plumber. His pricing is very fair, considering the Excellent work that they do! Great People, Great Work, Great Company. Worth EVERY penny!
