After hearing about this company, I contacted them through their website. The person on the online chat was helpful and responsive, but it stopped here. I requested a quote on some fencing and was told someone would get back to me. That didn't happen, so I reached out via email. They said they didn't have the correct number (?) and would call me after 3 that afternoon. That was eight days ago. I will be taking my business elsewhere

JDH installed a beautiful 6' tall privacy vinyl fence with an added bonus of Glidelock pickets. We chose JDH amongst a few other companies because they gave us our estimate on the spot which included very detailed information, the office was responsive to any question I had throughout the process and the installers did an amazing job. I highly recommend you reach out to JDH for any fencing or deck projects!

We have used JDH 3 times in the last 8 years. Vinyl + chain link + aluminum fencing in one home. Wooden for our daughter's home and vinyl + chain link at our newly-built house. Excellent work, excellent service and Paige and her staff are professional and personable. This should be our last home, but we would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Would definitely recommend JDH Deck and Fences to anyone who is interested. They were very professional and helpful. My mothers wooden fence was 30 years old and she really needed a new one. The vinyl fence is exactly what she needed. It really makes her yard look so much better. She is over the moon with the outcome and the beautiful look. The installation of the fence was fast and very professionally done. Thank you so much JDH I'm sure we will enjoy this beautiful fence for many years to come.

I was in the market for a vinyl fence and contacted several fence companies. Most didn't return my call or never showed up to give an estimate. Erin showed up on time, understood what I wanted, provided a detailed plan for my fence and gave an exact date as when it would be installed. Paige handled all of the permits required and the installation team arrived on the day that was promised.
The fence was installed perfectly and is a great addition to my property. If you are in the market for a fence, ignore the other companies and contact JDH! I'm sure they will satisfy your needs.

JDH built a custom wood fence for our forever home. The fence is absolutely beautiful as evidenced by nearly a dozen inquiries from neighbors and people driving by in the neighborhood. I found that Paige and Jimmy (owners) truly live out their stated desire to insure that their customer is happy with the final product. I found them to be accessible and helpful throughout the project. Their installation crew was also pleasant to work with. The customized gate turned just as the photo we agreed upon. Pre-work office crew and estimator were great. Price seemed consistent with other contractors. Project crew... you decide. On day three of a very small fence project. Day one, did not bring enough parts to complete the job, broke the paint marked water line in four places. Day two, hung gates, but did not bring enough material to set two loose posts.
End of day.. I had the displeasure of picking up cigarette butts all along the job site . Day three, supposed to return to reset posts. This does not include plumbing costs associated with breaking the four clearly marked water lines. My contract clearly states water lines will be marked, and they were...with orange contractor paint. That makes this negligence in the most pure form. Again, you decide.

DO NOT go anywhere else for your fence in the Savannah GA area! JDH is the best. Garry & Kai were an awesome team and took great pains to work through problem outside temperature and conditions as well as uneven lot issues. We have had a lot of fencing put in before at other properties in the past, however this job handled by Garry & Kai at JDH is the best we have ever seen. A++++ job, great communication and a very professional job. Thank you JDH for our awesome fence!

Professional as they come! Complete quality service from beginning to end! Installer came out to my home walked me through my entire yard.. Gave me an exact time frame of when the old Fence would be removed and taken away, and the new fence would be installed. Finished the job ahead of schedule. Deck coming soon!!!
