These Guys are Very professional and the finished job is meticulously done right. Josh is a busy man alright but when it's your turn, they will do it right the first time.

Had our windows installed. Brad and his team were awesome. Josh was even on site. They replaced our sky wall kitchen window when nobody else would touch it. I'm so happy with my new windows. My house looks like a million dollars. Appreciate their hard work. I highly recommend them.

We called Josh at JB Windows and Doors from Yelp! and are so very glad we did. They replaced all our windows and a large sliding glass door. They worked around our crazy schedule and were courteous, conscientious and professional. I would highly recommend them to everyone. We are going to have them replace our front door soon!

We called JWG Windows and Doors to give us an estimate on replacing windows. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and set up an appt. Mason Shepard came out. Very nice and professional. He looked at everything and took measurements. He then advised us that our current windows may be under warranty. Window were installed 20 yrs ago by a handyman. Mason said we should check, may not need new windows.

He got us the number for Milgard customer service AND then said I'll call for you! He called from our living room. Got our windows resistered, opened a case and state up an appt! Mason used his time to help us instead of trying to sell us something we didn't need. If you need window or doors call these folks! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Josh was the third company to come out and quote for window installation. He didn't try and give me any sales pitches, and he was honest about what the windows could and could not achieve. The installation was completed in two days, (6 windows and patio slider) three weeks after the quote was given. The work was neatly done with respect to my home and they cleaned up any mess they made.

Even though we asked for thicker glass because of our noise traffic problem, JB's price was by far the best price. I would not hesitate to recommend JB's Windows and Doors. GREAT JOB GUYS! Thank you!

JB windows went above and beyond with their service by coming back to our house at the end of the remodel and thoroughly cleaning our windows, sliders and slider tracks from construction debris on the newly installed windows. I definitely recommend JB, they have a great team of people too.

Josh and his crew recently replaced my old wood windows with new Vinyl windows. When I first contacted him, I had only planned on replaciing the front 5 windows of my home (due to the cost). After we met my Wife and I realized we could have them do our WHOLE home for what we thought 5 windows would cost.

I love love love my new windows! I would definitely recommend this company. They were very friendly and reliable. The only reason I did not give all 5 stars is because despite numerous calls and texts they forgot to put me on their schedule and o had to wait an additional week for placement. I think communication could be improved slightly but hey. we could all improve in that area of our lives I think

Josh and Brad are true blue pros. I received 4 bids from different companies for 5 windows and 2 sliders. The quotes varied wildly. JB Windows and Doors were BY FAR the best priced for the same brands as the other guys. I also immediately liked Josh because he's not a salesman. He didn't immediatly pressure me to sign on the dotted line like some of the other companies.

He assured me he'd give me the best price, and he did. Brad and Josue did a careful job on the installation. My new Amsco windows are beautiful and quiet. I see some negative comments regarding Josh's communication. It does sometimes take him a few days to get back to you, but he's a busy guy. Bottom line, he did everything he promised and more. I'll recommend him all day long!

After reading many great reviews about this company, I decided to get an estimate for replacing all the windows in my home. I appreciated how Josh spoke with me about various windows, the installation process and took measurements all in about a half hour or so. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive product or begin the estimate by telling me about payment plans.

Like some of the other reviews here, it was hard to reach him a couple of times but he did respond. The crew was very professional during the installation process. They told me ahead of time what they were going to do and kept me informed as the installation progressed. They cleaned up everything and gave me some tips on caring for the windows and slider.

The only negative is that I have exterior shutters on two of the windows that they said they would put back in place after the job but did not. It sounds like the company is very popular and keeps very busy but overall I'm very pleased with the job and would highly recommend them.

I have been a homebuilder and developer for over ten years and I have never been as impressed with a contractor as I was with Josh at JB Windows. They were fast, their work was excellent and their answer to all my questions were yes, that's included. They are a one stop shop and I could not imagine anyone getting windows anywhere else and being happier with the price or service.

We just had all of our windows and our patio door replaced by JB Windows and Doors (4 windows and a Patio sliding door) and they look AMAZING! This company was very courteous, professional and efficient when installing the windows. They installed them with ease, taking up little time in our day. They did a great job at cleaning up after themselves! The installation sites are FLAWLESS!

I contacted Josh about a year ago to get an estimate on replacing 11 windows. It took me a while to start the job due to finances, so the time I was waiting I shopped around a bit in other places.

Pros: JB Windows and doors just finished installing windows, a slider and French doors for my townhome. Their work was excellent. The new windows and doors look great. Their service is friendly and they clean up great after they're finished. Josh was prompt in coming over and providing me with an estimate. Cons: These windows and doors take time to order, ship and receive. You will need to wait a few weeks to a month before your install is complete. The wait was worth it. They look great.

JB windows have done 20 of the windows, 1 sliding glass door, and 1 single entry door at my house. The windows replaced were original to the house and add on (60 yrs old and 40 yrs old) The windows installed are fantastic and much more energy efficient. Now onto the remaining windows and doors! I will be using JB again in the near future!

Okay, so it was not easy to get a hold of Josh. And once I did it took a while to get Josh to come get an estimate. And then once I did get my new door in from Dixieline, I had to stalk him AGAIN to get my installation scheduled. HOWEVER, here's why he's great: * He hooked me up with Lee at Dixieline (La Mesa) who was awesome - he helped me find a door I loved for a great price * He did a fab job installing our door * His price was super reasonable! He's hard to get a hold of because he's so busy, and he's so busy because he does a good job and charges a reasonable rate. So he's worth the wait! Thanks again, JB Doors!

Phenomenal service! We called several places and found Jb to have the best customer service and the best prices. We wanted a new sliding window to lead into the backyard. We ended up with new sliding mirror closets, a security pad door (keyless entry) and the sliding door. The estimate was free, the work was pristine, and even though we kept changing our minds and adding new projects it did not once hinder their service. **highly recommended**
