I went there this monday morning with a friend to het tiles and cabinets for her salon is russian so her english is not very good but is understandable As the receptionist help us out very nice amd kind giving us prices the owner cames out and stars asking my russian friend what she needs it for and as she was trying to explain she apologies for her english and said i am sorry maybe you dont understand my english The owner got insulted i dont know why and started screaming at us pushing us out of the showroom.
I asked right away to please tell me what happened as the 3 of us were in shock looking at each other. He did not said why he acted in such cowedly manner throwing two ladies out without explaining why Please do not go to this place this man do not have any customer service manners and threats woman very bad. I should have call the police

The owner, Antonio, will initially consult you at your house for 5 minutes to take what he calls measurements. Please be careful hiring this company! We designed a custom kitchen with white cabinets, sent all of our appliance measurements a month and a half prior to the kitchen going into production and Antonio still got it wrong. The white cabinets arrived in off white and white, but Antonio was in doubt that such a thing could have happened so instead of replacing panels, he ordered his installers to cover the panels with more panels. Antonio failed to measure the space needed for my new Samsung fridge doors to open fully.
As a result, his installers had to demo an entire wall which contained electrical and my ring doorbell setup. After the demo, the installers brought the replacement wall panel and it was off by about 1 foot, so we had to wait another two weeks for the correct wall panel to arrive. The installers are fast and enjoy installing broken and used looking cabinet doors and foot kicks. Antonio became very upset with me because I communicated with the quartz installer that I wanted both of my islands the exact same length which was the opposite of Antonio's initial elementery measurements which would have caused one island to protrude over the other. Overall, this process has been ongoing for over 3 months now and we are sick of the broken promises to replace dented and scratched pieces.
I'm going to hire another more reputible kitchen cabinet professional to complete the job. Please enjoy the following photos and stay far away from Jaiba Kitchen Cabinets and save your money. You're better off with a DYI project that you can control on your own terms. Antonio, if you're reading this, if you can read, retire!
