I used J & J Pest Control for the first time today after being recommended by several of my neighbors out in Sun City. One of my neighbors has been using their service for years and I appreciated the thoroughness of the job and explanation of what was being done.

If you have a problem with roaches, I recommend Bud with J&J Pest Control. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I had German roaches, which are harder to eradicate and the treatments have been very effective without posing any danger to my family or pets. I highly recommend this company.

We live in Crestview and have used J&J for 10 years - they are fantastic and local!

Just adding a star since J&J has now taken responsibility (after my review) to figure out where the money went when they processed my card. I'm mostly updating to give a full picture for others in case they read this review thread. Here's the payment proof I sent (aka a screenshot of the bank transaction that had posted with the cost and their name), you be the judge if that is adequate proof. Also, them "writing off the invoice" does not mean that I was refunded (not that I expect or want that), but I think it's a valuable distinction in how their response reads. Again, I have no issues with the service.

From what I can tell, the pest control has worked. My two stars are related to the reaction and time it took for them to take responsibility in the error from their side. Happy yelping.

J & J has serviced my homes in the Austin area for about 20 years. They are super organized, their technicians are friendly, professional, thorough and careful. Their prices are reasonable. I haven't got a single complaint about these guys,

I noticed what might have been some ants burrowing on wood panels at the side of my house. The technician Mike came out and checked but cannot find further damages so he told me just to keep an eye. He said since he found nothing, he will not charge for a service call. I will definitely use them in the future. Mike was personable and professional.

Preston was professional, thorough, and polite. He was in and out quickly while communicating all the while what he was doing. Very happy with the service!

I highly recommend Duane at J&J Pest Control if you need help with critters. I had a rat in my house in January, and Duane always put me at easy with his incredible personality and his extreme knowledge on critters. J&J is lucky to have Duane and I am lucky to have them both.

I had a raccoon that had babies in my walls last week. J&J told me they did live trap and release. Great. hired. They lied. came home to them having put a kill trap up in the attic which would trap an arm or something of the animal so it would languish in pain for days until death while the babies all starved to death. how evil and sadistic is that! I'm so angry over this and really just want people to be aware or the blatant lie and lack of compassion this company portrays.

Preston was excellent. Polite, informative, respectful. Only problem is YOUR app which sends his phone calls direct to voicemail, so he arrived without my getting the promised phone call. He tried to call my number while he was here and it went righr to voicemail, so i know he tried to do the right thing. Please fix your app so that issue doesn't continue. Thanks.

Dwayne arrived on time for our appointment, wearing a mask, and equipped with foot protectors so as not to track anything through the house. He was pleasant, courteous and communicative, and thoroughly inspected our attic crawlspace for a possible infestation. Afterwards, he provided me with a detailed report, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend Dwayne and J&J Pest Control, and am impressed that J&J places a premium on hiring high-quality technicians.

Dwayne is really awesome! He is very considerate, professional, and follows safety protocols. He was on time and notified me of issues that I may want to keep an eye on. When we moved back to the Austin area, I made sure to request Kaream! He's sweet to our dog, is respectful of our work from home schedules and always does an amazing job. As soon as we moved into our house, we knew we had to invest in Pest Control (let's chalk it up some bad previous experiences). And for the past two years, J&J Pest Control has kept our house insect and rodent free (much to the chagrin of our two cats). We can't recommend these folks enough! Our regular contact, Dwane, has especially been fantastic.

He goes above and beyond, helping clean windows, offering up fly traps when we need them and sharing a great sense of humor. He's the best. And J&J has saved us from many an encroaching army of fire ants! Highly recommend. Money well spent.

I initially gave this company a poor review. This company is now doing good by me. its been regrettably hard to treat for bugs when it has been raining so much they say and are coming back out to re-treat my home next week. Hopefully we can get these Dripping Springs scorpions under control

J&J has been working with my Real Estate Management Company for the last two years and I personally wanted to reach out and write a review. From the office staff to the on sight crew J&J rings true J&J has helped us thru multiple situations in which we needed them desperately and the job was done exceptionally! They came thru for me time and time again like a good old friend.

I want to start by saying I have worked with numerous pest control companies in the past, and J & J is by far the best. I have had to pleasure of working with J & J many times within the past few months and they have been wonderful. They are always early to the appointments and do the job right the first time. (They even schedule follow ups to ensure the issue has been resolved!)

First time I used J&J this past week, and they were great. They came out and treated my home. They were able to setup scorpion traps, spray the solution which did not harm my small puppy, and even went outside and knocked out some wasps nests.

After moving into our new house, we got estimates from several pest control companies around town for quarterly spraying as well as rodent proofing our attic space. While the quarterly pest control seemed reasonable enough, I was shocked at the pricing for rodent proofing with absolutely no guarantees of reentry by rodents.

Steve at J&J is great! He is knowledgable about insects, but is a trained arborist as well! We asked him whether carpenter ants were destroying one of our trees. He gave us useful information, and told us about the other surrounding trees as well.
