Interstate 25 Heating and Cooling

Ramsey and his team communicated well from the first time we had them out almost 2 years ago and still do. We were told small intermittent repairs would only get us so far, but we're not pressured to spend big on replacing our unit. Their assessment of how much longer our current unit had was honest and upfront. We had plenty of time to decide to replace rather than repair. Inevitably, we chose to replace it yesterday and we were pleased with the outcome.

As someone that has a close friend in the business in another state, I confirmed their costs were fair and reasonable. I also felt comfortable because when we have had repairs done to the previous unit they have always stood by their work. These guys are professional, friendly and a good value.

I could not have been more pleased by the service that we received from Johnny at I25. Johnny was on time, SUPER knowledgable, a great communicator and was able to diagnose and repair our problem within the same day. I definitely recommend I25 to anyone in need of repairs to your home heating or A/C system. I used them to repair an A/C this time but if (let be honest, when) the furnace goes, I25 will be my first call.

I am brand new to being in charge of running a house entirely by myself. I know absolutely nothing about AC units, furnaces, and vents. The technician that came out, Johnny, made the experience extremely easy. He dumbed it down for me, but didn't make me feel dumb. They made a life-long customer in me. Fantastic service! A few minutes after requesting a call last night, Mr. Eaton (Johnny) called me and setup an appointment for this morning. He arrived when he said he would and in no time at all had fixed my heater. Simply amazing. My daughter had used these folks a year or so ago and told me that they were able to do what several other companies said couldn't be done. My son found I-25 Thermostat online. Read reviews, called and asked questions. Ramsey was the one he dealt with for the business side and the initial visit at my house. I need to call the company to find out who installed it and do another review because he deserves a glowing one as well

John was quick to arrive for a same day emergency when our furnace went out. We were lucky it was just the igniter but he also identified another potential issue in the future that he was happy to email us a quote for. He also came back a few days later when we expressed interest in potentially replacing the furnace (it's more than 20 years old) so he could gather the required info to provide a quote for that too and he was quick and efficent.

I am very impressed with this company! My furnace stopped working and was throwing a code. I requested an appointment via the website. I am so glad to have that option. The appointment was made, veriefied and reminded to me via text message. I got a call and a text message that Johnny was running ahead of schedule. I was offered an early appointment.

The diagnostic fee was incredibly reasonable. My furnace works great after diagnostics and an adjustment. Everything was explained to me. I was able to pay digitally at the end of service and my invoice was emailed to me right away. I wish these guys could do car repair, auto insurance, and emegency medical! They called back quickly, they came when they said they would and stayed with the repair until it was working well. My furnace was an older unit, but they were able to find the parts locally and do the repair. The repair technician was polite, professional, and did a quality repair. Ramsey and John both are true professionals, it was a pleasure dealing with them.

Ramsey and his team are amazing. I have had so many issues with a boiler another company installed. He trouble shooted issue after issue and it is working well now. It was a pleasure dealing with I interstate 25 mechanical from the very beginning. Ramsay's explained the entire process And gave me information on different types of hvac systems and different levels and what I could expect out of new system. He patiently explained all of the cost savings for everything and and provided me with multiple options to choose from. Installation was a breeze and his team was extremely professional And explained everything they were doing while they were doing it and answered all of my questions when the job was finished.

I do appreciate their professional services. My AC was no longer blowing cold air, but I25 Mechanical tested the circuit board found it to be bad then ordered the parts. The parts were installed the same day they arrived. The most recent time they came to my house they solved a problem with my AC that others might have missed. I am very pleased with their work and service.

Our furnace was not working when we woke up. It had just been serviced by another company this past week. We called them but they don't work on weekends. Interstate 25 has hours listed every day of the week. Ramsey, our technician, told us they have 24/7 service available. Ramsey called and asked if he could come a couple of hours earlier than scheduled, which was great for us.

He quickly identified the problem and gave us options, including going back to the previous company to see if the (exact same) repair is under warranty. Since we expect low temperatures in single digits before Monday, we asked Ramsey to replace the (brand new) burned-out igniter. Ramsey was knowledgeable, polite and gave us advice about what to look for concerning our furnace.

He was probably only at our house about 30 minutes. We think the price was more than fair. Our furnace is heating again and we're very happy with the service we received from Interstate 25. Although we have used the other company for furnace maintenance and repair for years, we will likely switch to Interstate 25.

This was just a routine annual inspection/service call, nothing dramatic. No fire, no flood, no impending doom. But something we needed to do as the daughter's house is under contract and furnace inspection is pretty much required by home inspector of whole house.
Ramsey was to show up between 2 and 4. He was there at 2:04 or so. Quickly started to work, cleaned burners, changed filter hooked up gauges on A/C did all that he was supposed to do. I had a very comfortable feeling about him, he presented himself well and was very knowledgeable. I kept his card and will be using him on my own house in the future.
