And unlike some contractors who prefer to ride around in trucks all day while inexperienced employees mess up customers' homes, Integrated Home Improvement's owner, John Bard, takes a more hands on approach.

This means nothing gets overlooked and all goes smoothly. His two additional masons contribute a combined 55 years experience in masonry, added to John's 17, we bring a total of 72 years experience to the job! Our two main goals are customer satisfaction and quality craftsmanship that lasts.

All went very well. John was very professional and thorough in explaining what the job entailed. He was able to reuse the all the bricks and use mortar that matched perfectly. The job was completed in just a couple of days and really looks great. He showed how he tied the column in to ensure it's secure.

During a recent December rainstorm and despite a recently re-done roof, I had water leaking into the house and staining my ceiling in the vicinity of my large chimney. It was a chimney installed in 1956; it had one actual flue and two fake flues apparently installed for decorative purposes. I crawled up into my attic during the storm and saw water clearly coming in around the chimney.
