Innovative Roofing

Called Innovative Roofing for roof replacements estimate, and they are able to scheduled me the following day at 8am. Anthony (co owner) showed up to my front door right on time. He has a great energy on him very straight forward. walk the house took few pics and point few things that needed to be replaced and give his recommendations. 30 mins later without a fancy presentation.

I kinda of know what type of roof I want. He told me that he will email me the proposal for 2 types of roof. Based on few Bids for the Job I choose this company based on his professionalism. Also been doing a lot of research online as well about this company and been asking few colleagues of mine. Nothing but heard great things. So far Anthony and his Office staff Ally been very attentive with all my questions and concerns during this process.

I could only Hope for the best until the end of this project. Especially when you have an important project as your roof! Will update upon completion with pictures as they progress. It's been 2 weeks in the contract.

Innovative came highly recommended. Showed up on time to give estimate on roof repair. Accepted their offer and scheduled the repair. The roofer showed up and looked at roof and told me he couldn't do it - it was bigger job than the estimate. I called Andrew at Innovative and he told me he had just heard from roofer, would talk to his boss and call me back. Repeated calls and texts have gone unanswered.

In meantime, Chase Roofing came right out and did estimate and the roof is already repaired. I'm sure this is an exception but no call backs or return texts when you have guaranteed $$ is a poor way to expand your business.

Innovative Roofing is the best roofing company in all categories-workmanship, business ethics, employees, and pride in their company. Anthony is the easiest owner to speak with from start to finish. Anthony answers all questions, comments, and concerns immediately even at times you don't think you'll hear from him till the next day or Monday. He exceeded my expectations as an owner and roofing company.

The vehicles used are all modern and super clean (not like what you see on I-95) The work is immaculate with the finishes being 5 star. Originally, we went with another company in Davie who's always advertising on tv and after trying to overcharge once the contract was set, we decided to void. Best decision we could of made! Innovative Roofing is very transparent, honest, and perfectionist.

You almost forget your dealing with a roofing company. The workers are dressed professional in collared shirts and employees of Innovative Roofing (not daily or subcontractors), which is a big deal and rare which shows in their quality of work! Catalin is amazing as well with a wealth of knowledge in the industry and perfectionist with the hardest slope areas and finishing touches.

My family went from the worst and most talked about roof in the neighborhood to the most beautiful piece of artwork on top of a house. If you want a roof that will be done right and perfect and not have to deal with a company that is going to give you a headache, average work, and 5 change orders after signing the initial contract than there's only once choice-Innovative Roofing.

We contracted with Innovative Roofing to replace our existing roof. When the contract was signed until the day the project was completed every promise was kept. We were told step by step what was going to be done and about how long it would take to be done. Communication was excellent, the crews were on time, professional and cleaned up thoroughly after each step of the project.

I can't emphasize the communication aspect enough, from Brett (one of the principles of the company) to the work crews and office. This potentially stressful project was stress free.

My goodness where do I even begin. Anthony (Innovative Roofing) came as a recommendation from a family member and I'm so thankful that we didn't use anyone else. From the time I discussed the project to its completion every effort was made to ensure that my wife and I had a full understanding of every step of the process. From timely emails, to followup calls, and even personalized text, we were always in the know.

Given that covid had a global impact on shipping and fulfillment we were worried about the length of time the project might take.but again the clear and transparent communication put our minds at ease as we waited for the project to begin. I was so impressed with the workers when project started. On day one of tear down one of the workers (I wished I remembered his name) asked if they would like them to cover their pool to prevent debris from falling in.

Just wow! My neighbors obliged and were very appreciative of that gesture. Sometimes they would be working all day.equipment, supplies, and workers struned about the property diligently working away. I would leave just before work was completed that day only to return to my property as if they had never been there at all. Every piece of debris and any evidence they had been there at all was gone.

I've had other projects done with other contractors they always leave a mess. I would highly recommend innovative team to anyone. This review might be a little long but there is a reason why its length is proportional to our gratitude. Prior to the now completed roof we had to deal with an ugly eyesore of a tarp draped over home for nearly two years due to the unwillingness of insurance companies to just do their jobs. So driving home now each day and seeing our house anew is a feeling that warms the heart. Innovative did that and we will be forever thankful.

Couldn't have been happier with the work that was done on my new roof. Everyone associated with the company performed in a very professional manner. One of the owners, Brett Wright, was a real pleasure to work with. All the workers were polite and conscientious. Not one complaint about how the job was done. It is not often that you can find a company that meets and in this case, exceeds your expectations. They did.

Would absolutely highly recommend Innovative Roofing! From start to finish, Anthony, Ali and the entire crew were all super! From the very beginning starting from my written estimate up until my final inspection Anthony and the entire Innovative team made my re-roof installation an absolute breeze. In fact, of all the major projects I've had done over the years, this was the smoothest and least painless, and it was the one I had worried about the most prior to meeting Anthony and Innovative Roofing. Anthony was always available when I had a question, he was always on time, and his communication was impeccable, a true professional. Ali at the office was always a pleasure to deal with, and the crew leaders on site were always professional and friendly as well. I only wish more companies were as professional and pleasant to deal with as Anthony and the Innovative team, truly an A+ company!

I search far and wide for an honest roofing company. Luckily I found Anthony and innovative roofing. I cannot tell you how worried I was about this complete roof removal and new roof installation. I had nothing to worry about Anthony and his amazing team took care of every detail from start to finish. I cannot believe I am writing a POSITIVE review for a construction company! Anthony's team at Innovative Roofing was professional and responsive at every point in this process. Anthony either answered my call or called me back every time I reached out to him. Once we hired him, the process was seamless. He took care of EVERYTHING including all HOA approvals, permits etc.

His team was on time every day. Even his subcontractors arrived on time. The crew could not have been more thorough in cleaning the area after the construction was completed (above and beyond). Simply amazing! They deserve a 10 star review!

I have absolutely no complaints about this company. Innovative Roofing has to be one of the best roofing companies in existence. I vetted several companies here in South Florida and was thoroughly impressed with Anthony and his crew. We did a complete S-tile roof replacement with tar mop. My neighbors told me how impressed they were by how hard and efficiently the crews worked.

Everything went like clockwork from the tile order to the final inspection. Anthony even sent us drone shots documenting the installation progress which we really appreciated. We highly recommend Innovative Roofing.

Anthony and his team are wonderful! They sealed off all our leaks so we didn't need to worry while we were waiting for the tile. Once the tile came in they worked really fast. Just got my entire roof replaced by these guys. I had to clean up all the broken tiles they left all around my house. I'm am still finding pieces of new broken roof tiles everyday. They sent a crew of people to clean roof debris days after job was done when they should of cleaned up after job was done and final inspection was approved plus there was nothing to clean since I cleaned up after them already.

They also poured some grey silicone around house main electrical wire and got the silicone all over my brand new electrical box and electric meter all over sprinkler box and piping. They said they would clean and nobody has and it looks like i'll Be cleaning up after these lazy roofers again. Do not pay these guys in full untill they clean up the mess they made.

I do not recommend using this company. For all the money we payed they should of cleaned up after them selfs especially when they had 10 people working on my roof and not one of them bother to cleanup all that silicone that is still over the outside of my house and all over my brand new electrical box electrical meter Sprinkler box and piping just lazy florida roofers just like everyone else in this state.

On there proposal the first thing listed was is that they would cover my driveway or any appliances including my ac which didn't they dropped broken pieces of roofing tiles on my brand new ac on top of the rest of the mess they made.

MAKE SURE YOU HIRE A CLEANING COMPANY IF YOU DECIDE TO USE THESE GUYS TO FIX YOUR ROOF CAUSE THERE GONNA LEAVE A HUGE MESS.

Brett from Innovative Roofing was a joy to work with, which is an uncommon thing in South Florida. He arrived the very next morning after I called and was early for the appointment. RK Associates have done business with the Kuchler family for over 20 years. They have been our exclusive roofing contractor for all of our shopping centers throughout South Florida. It is very difficult to find a honest roofer, but we have found one in John and Anthony Kuchler. They do very good work in installing new roofs and their service work is second to none.

Innovative Roofing did an amazing job repairing our roof! They scheduled our job within a week. showed up on time and completed the work within the days they told us. In addition, when they came across a couple of unforeseen non-roofing problems, they took the initiative to fix the problems to get the job done!
