In late February, we called Bruce at Idaho Hardware Flooring after several places said they couldn't refinish our hardwood floors until April. Bruce came the next day, gave a bid 60% lower than others and started one day after. He was at the house 15 minutes early both days, did what he said he would do on time and to our expectations. We thought some of the boards would need to be replaced but Bruce was able to fix them no problem.

First time floors redone since installed in 1950 and they are beautiful! Respectful of property, texted me when left for the day, answered all my questions and is our go to company for any future hardwood work.

We had Idaho Hardwood tear out all our flooring on our main floor and replace it with hardwood. We enjoyed working with Lance before the project. He helped us to understand what would be happening and gave us a date for the install and that never changed. Brian and Adam did all the work in 4 days, much quicker than we expected. We are very happy with the end result, and during the work, they were good to work with, careful of our walls, cabinets, baseboards, etc., and kept everything neat and clean. We will recommend Idaho Hardwood to all our friends.

Very please with the outcome of our floors. We bought new furniture for the bedroom and decided last minute to remove the carpet and put in laminate. When we pulled up the carpets we found hardwood.

I know of many commercial and residential installations this company has done. They have always provided excellent customer service and installation. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fair price, great service, and beautiful flooring.
