I am so pleased with Hybrid. I called first thing in the morning on the hottest day of the year hoping I could have someone come out in a few days. Steve arrived just a few hours later! He quickly diagnosed the problem with my A/C unit and had the compressor replaced within a few minutes. Steve was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Hybrid to anyone in need of HVAC repair!

Our furnace went out this morning and I called our Hubrid tech Marcus and he was able to b at our home by 10am. He quickly resolved the problem and our furnace was working again. We had an old furnace that stopped working over the weekend. I was referred to Hybrid Heating and Cooling by multiple people. I couldn't be happier with the process from beginning to end. I called Hybrid at 8am Monday morning and by 9am a tech was at my house assessing the damage. He showed me what was wrong and I was then contacted by the owner within an hour.

He emailed multiple options to choose from. The following day (Tuesday) a crew was at my home by 9am replacing my furnace with a new efficient one. Every employee I interacted with was beyond pleasant. All of my questions were answered and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I highly recommend Hybrid Heating and Cooling and would give them 10 stars if I could. If you use a different company, you're doing it wrong.

I had an issue with my air conditioning unit and there were a few things going on with it but it definitely was not working and I had no idea what the issue could have been. I send a message to this business online and very fast I got a call back from an employee named Steve. This guy really set the bar for what customer service should be and when a business could gain money from someone that had no idea about air conditioning units and service calls as I am a new homeowner this guy did not take advantage of that.

He really helped me get an idea as to what the issues could be and what I could do to take care of them before they would have to come out and take a look at it. If I could give this business 10 Stars I would I want to say thank you Steve very much and if his boss reads this give this guy a raise he deserves it because anytime I ever think Heating and Cooling now or have any issues with my systems you can bet my first phone call is going to be hybrid. Our air conditioner stopped working on a 90 degree summer day. Our house was 78 degrees. I called Hybrid and they were able to get someone out the next day to look at it. Within 24 hours, Trevor stopped out to take a look at our AC unit. Trevor was wonderful! He was very professional, efficient, and thorough. He clearly explained the issue to us and checked our freon. Their pricing is very reasonable and they truly work to resolve the issue! I would highly recommend Hybrid to my friends and family!

Great company, would highly recommend. From beginning to end they have been professional and efficient. Just a couple of days with the new furnace and we can feel how much stronger the blower is. So much quieter and no pilot lite to worry about. Very happy with Hybrid, will highly recommend!
