Reached out originally via email about a few yards of garden soil. got an informative response in a timely manner. the owner delivered the compost/topsoil garden soil mix, was right on time and did everything he had to do to get the large truck and load of dirt behind my gate in my backyard. I haven't put any vegetables in the soil yet but it looks and smells great. price including delivery was the best I found and the owner was a super nice guy who took the time to tell me about his product and thanked us for our business.

We were exactly 10 miles away for cheap delivery (in Albany off Whitehall) so good option for people in Albany. Wanted to leave a good review because getting quality soil ASAP was a big to do on our list and these guys made it happen.

If you want to start your spring project with topsoil that's mostly sand, are interested in terrible customer service, and enjoy speaking to a rude woman that is absolutely no help, then this is the place for you!

The gentleman who came out to look at my property to provide the estimate for the landscaping work was great. This review is solely based on my communication with the president of the company, Rachel. I will add that I'm from CA, where the landscaping business is highly competitive. That makes customer service a priority in CA. Customer service does not seem to be a concern of Rachel's.

I worked with her to get a quote for the work that was discussed. The quote was provided a week after it was promised. The price was quoted extremely high. Rachel was asking $2000 for the installation of 7 arborvitae. That was it. Just installation. The trees cost less than $70 a piece, which means she wanted over $1500 for less than a day's worth of work.

When I questioned why the labor was so high, I got a scolding email back from Rachel, full of exclamation points. Rather than being grateful for my business, Rachel's tone was that she was doing me a favor by taking on the work. Completely unexpected and unprofessional from someone who is a president of a company. While I'm certain the gentleman who came out to look at work needed would do a great job, customer service matters to me. I would not give a dime to a company with a president who is so rude to clientele.
