Mark really takes the time to work with the customer to understand the vision for the project and then correctly executes the design. I used Huntersville Landscaping in the past and received quality work at a reasonable price. Given my past experience, I recently called on Mark and his team to install a concrete patio. Knowing a portion of patio would be used to hold a hot tub, Mark gave good recommendations on materials to be used to meet the requirements while never trying to "up sell" me.

Like before, they installed a great patio at a very fair price. Mark is also very hands-on and is patient with answering questions about the project. While any yard will get somewhat torn up from the construction equipment used, the team did a great job of cleaning up the work site and surrounding areas.far surpassing my expectations. I will happily continue to use Huntersville Landscaping for my outdoor projects.

Mark and his team did a PHENOMENAL job on my back patio. From the beginning with the design work, Mark was patient and responsive, accommodating the design as many times as it took to get it where I wanted with zero hesitation. The quote was very thorough, and the final price did not deviate from the quote. The crew was here every day, all day until the work was done.

They were meticulous, measuring and remeasuring, keeping their lines straight, etc but still got the work done on time. Any issue (as arises in any project) was quickly escalated to me, and always with a recommendation for a solution. Their work was intricate (including beautiful stonework design and a stacked stone fireplace). The finished product is a work of art.

Mark was always responsive, gave ideas and recommendations where appropriate, and took my guidance otherwise. Any question I had, he answered and answered quickly. Even after the work is done, Mark is still making sure I am happy with every inch of the patio. Bad service, I hired the company about a month and a half ago and they left my lawn patchy and just blew the leaves behind the house! On top of that one of the workers was not even working, I do not recommend!
