My husband and I tried to replace our front door lock on our own, and ran into some issues with the fit of the new lock. We tried to put our old one back in, but that wouldn't fit either. Seeing as it was a Sunday, we were very worried we would not be able to get a good technician in time to come help us.

Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I broke my key in my car door right before Howard Safe closed. Even though the key was broken in a way that was hard to copy, the staff stayed late and was able to make me a key that worked.
