We do minor gutter repairs/ downspouts installs and cleaning (** one level house only). Have fascia and soffit rot? We can repair those too ! (**one level only at this time)

We do minor yard work. Trim bushes/ hedges, light mowing/ weed eating, clean up yard from fall leaves, and haul off brush.

Rental Clean outs and ups

Have a rental property that has been used as a dump? We come in and clean out all the junk and clean it ready for the next tenant or make it ready for selling!

Plumbing

We do minor plumbing such as, toilet replacements, wax ring replacements, toilet gut replacements, faucet replacements and garbage disposal replacement.

Fence Repair/ Build

We can repair and build wood privacy fencing and gates. We use screws to attach all our pickets, and each post gets a minimum of 80 lbs concrete.We can also pressure wash, stain/ seal your old fencing and gates for longevity.

Replace light switches, dimmers, light fixtures and electrical outlets. Repairs and installations to low voltage lights, and ceiling fans.

We provide interior and exterior painting and staining which includes interior walls, baseboard, crown molding, doors, door and window trim, and kitchen cabinets.
