Wow, I can see why this company gets so many 5-star ratings. When I called they told me they would get someone out for an estimate the same day in between other jobs they were working. That was my first good surprise. A technician came by within a couple hours after calling ahead. He quickly confirmed the problem and gave me a price quote. I authorized the work and expected that it would be scheduled for later, but again to my surprise he was able to get to work right away. Besides doing a perfect job on replacing the door spring, he performed a complete inspection. It was an absolute pleasure to have him work on our garage door.

I have heard of Hollywood-Crawford before and then I saw them highly recommended on Nextdoor. We have lived in our house with a non-functioning garage door for 4 years. In under an hour they got the door fixed up and running perfectly! I am very pleased. They are also reasonable for their prices/labor. I highly recommend!

Even though I asked a lot of questions during the job he was very courteous and answered all of my questions about the repair job and potential future upgrades to my garage door system. I had an issue with my garage door opener which was intermittent and the tech was able to resolve it! He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Hollywood Crawford is awesome! I called to replace a spring on my garage door and got an appointment the next day as requested. The technician called to let me know when he would arrive and he arrived on time. He went over what he was going to do and replaced my spring in a timely manner. He also suggested that I fix another element of the door, to which he demonstrated and explained, and made me confident in going ahead with the suggestion. Hollywood-Crawford Door Co. Did it again. They have never let me down. A 20-year old spring snapped at 4:20 pm. Within 30-minutes they had a technician, Benjamin, to my garage, with a new spring and it was installed in a timely manner. Benjamin was fantastic at his work. I asked for a technical visit/inspection about a year earlier, and was impressed that the inspector looked at my garage door opener and gave me some pointers but said he didn't see any need to replace anything -- no charge. I also stopped by their office just to see what it looked like, and was impressed.
