Well I just went in to have a key cut, but it turned out to be my ignition switch. To my surprise, the guys there at Heighrs were able to fix my ignition, and cut me a key to work on my ignition. And when my ignition started acting up about a week later, I went back and Mike fixed it for free. I had a great experience there, and would refer everyone I know to go to Heights Lock, Key, and Safe. I just want to thank all the guys that work there. Especially Mike. He did a great job. I haven't had any problems since.

Very friendly and great service! They went out of their way to do a curbside order for my husband who is immune compromised. Not a lot of businesses are continuing to do this, so we are very appreciative!

Unbelievable!! I attempted to order an automobile key and keyless responder from them. They were unable to obtain them and stated that they would be able to program and cut the key from a blank if I was able to get the key and keyless remote if from the dealership, which is what I did. I they programed the responder without a problem. The key however could only open the door if I jiggled it.

Upon comparing the key with the one I had, I could tell they didn't match. I asked to speak with the "manager," and the owner appeared and told me the key worked. When I showed him the difference in the keys, he proceeded to scream at me and told me the key worked and that was it. I have never been treated or insulted the way I was at Heights. If this is the way the owner responds to a customer when there is a disagreement then I will never do business with them again.

When I mentioned that I wanted a refund (for my original order from them) he again went into a tirade and screamed at me until one of his employees was able to calm him down and explain what I wanted. If you want a business that cannot deal with a customer complaint/concern without the owner screaming at you, then this is the place for you. As for me, there are far too many other locksmiths in town that I know provide better customer service.

I submitted for a quote through the website and no one got back to me for two weeks. When I called them and they scheduled an appointment, the tech tried to come an hour and a half early and said I was a no show.

Most personable and pleasant lock smith I talked to hands down. I spoke with Andrew and he told me to bring my car in and he'll be able to let me know the least expensive option. I brought it in and I was impressed with their customer service and professional demeanor. They were handling a LOT of customers and able to make sure I didn't feel forgotten.

I appreciate it, and I WILL be back when another need arises. I highly recommend them. I spoke with Andrew and Jesse. UPDATE: I returned for another key cut and reprogram. Again, stellar service and better pricing than the other places that quoted me. Andrew in the auto department and the rest of the staff are the best. I will return again, my mom needs a small safe, as do I.

Wonderful place I didn't get to speak with the owner however I use to work at a glass shop and they are very professional and wonderful to work with I intend to use them this week to purchase some new locks for my home.

They were able to cut an unusual key for me, yay! It's just pricey, but so is everything these days.

Great service I call the store and ask do they fixed keys. My kids accidentally dropped the keys and broke them. Which at the dealership My keys cost $700 to fix. So I really didn't want to pay that healthy price. So I took them there it took about 10 minutes or so the older guy that fixed my keys. He was quick nice and professional. I would definitely go there again if I have any key problems.

Key duplicate services and much more in Albuquerque for over 60 years, back then they were called. Heights Key & Fix-It Shop their motto was "We fix anything but broken hearts". Their motto still stands. They fix car car key issue, without a hitch. I've also use their services in my home. I got tired of multiple and lost keys. They did a wonderful job.

Have used for years. Emergency service available late. Good old fashioned craftsmanship you don't find everywhere. Started using them when my last locksmith could not make an emergency call at night and told me to call back Monday morning.

We brought our motorcycle in on the 17th of August to have a key replaced. While the bike was in your possession the ignition was broken and since then no one has been willing to help resolve this matter.

They got the job done but we're expensive and time consuming. Seems like everyone needed keys made that day. I left happy.

I took the broken parts to the shop. It was an older model of door latch. The technician at the shop was familiar with that type and was able to fix it. They were so friendly and professional, and fixed it by the next morning. The repair cost a bit but saved me from having to buy a new one which would have been much more expensive and harder to install.

How many bad reviews do you have to read here? Don't waste your time.
