Michael managed the process from start to finish. Michael was prompt, professional and friendly. He's also very knowledgeable. The crew arrived at 7am and completed the roof replacement, cricket and attic venting. They protected my plants and my house and they cleaned up so well afterwards that you'd never know there was construction at my house. I highly recommend Michael and HD Roofing. HD Roofing recently completed installing a new roof and gutters on our house and we were totally satisfied with the entire experience, from sales to installation. Hayden was our Project Manager and he didn't just sell it and then disappear. He did a fantastic job, seeing the job through from start to finish. He handled everything including sales, ordering materials, installing protective netting, checking on installation and cleanup.

I had numerous questions about different shingle options, such as hail resistant types, .etc. and Hayden answered all of my questions not only promptly but in an organized and professional manner. Installation went smoothly and the new roof looks great. They found a piece of damaged fascia behind the gutters and even replaced that for us, including getting the paint color matched and painting it! Netting and tarps were used to protect landscaping, etc.

The pool was covered as well. Cleanup was very thorough, including the use of a magnetic roller to pick up any stray nails or staples. The new gutters look great too. We highly recommend HD roofing and Hayden!

If you've ever installed a window on your own. It's not as easy as cutting a hole in the wall, adding some support & framing, and. the window. There are a few other steps. This is how we learn. To avoid further damage HD Roofing came out and helped me with my mistakes and provided a thorough explanation. Hayden was freakin' awesome. incredibly awesome. Then, once the panelling was pulled we discovered wood-rot.

They had to emergency-match paneling. Perfect match! We just had our first heavy rain - not a single drop to be found!. Love it! All the work inside needs to be redone. Not looking forward to it. but HD Roofing threw me a lifeline with my window job. Excellent work. Excellent people!

I had a good experience with Hayden, part of HD roofing staff, for identifying that I had had hail damage, pointing out areas to the Inspector from the Insurance company and coordinating the entire process of the installation of a new roof. The final part was done today, that is getting my back gutters replaced. I have no complaints, and it was an easy process. Hayden was reachable whenever I had questions and we coordinated with each other and the insurance company smoothly.

Everything was picked up and so there is no extra work for me. Hayden is easy to communicate with and serious about his work and his company's work. It is always good to get a big project finished and in a good way.

I highly recommend HD Roofing. I'll definitely be calling them for any future repairs. We had water leaking into our home from the chimney flashing and needed to get it fixed before the next winter storm. I called HD Roofing & Repairs and Hayden came out, inspected the roof, and quickly identified the problem and checked for any other water damage.

He took pictures, explained that the original builder hadn't properly installed the flashing, and how it needed to be installed to correctly channel water. He and his crew did a great job on the repairs, installing the flashing as it should have been to ensure that it will hold up in harsh weather, and then thoroughly tested it--and he was even able to fix our gutters that had detached from the house without needing expensive replacements.

With Austin's building boom it can be difficult to get most companies to come out and provide an estimate for small repairs, but HD Roofing was night and day different from everyone else I've called. They finished the entire job before most other companies even returned my call.

These guys are amazing, when everyone else told me they were booked out for months these guys came out same day to start tarping our leaky roof areas saving us tons of time and money on damage. HD Roofing did a great job on our roof. We had an insurance claim and were a little unsure of the process. Hayden really helped us understand what we needed to do and even helped us with some upgrades to our roof. We had a small leak that resulted in a spot on the ceiling in our house due to a pop up rain storm. Hayden sent their interior guy out quickly and it's all taken care of. Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Got paint all over shingles around pipe and vents and refused to clean and correct. Also left a lot of nails and trash also lot of tar on driveway. Service: Roof installation

They are absolutely amazing , we thought it was our roof that was leaking. He inspected the entire area and found that our nails around the chimney were old and rusted. They were leaking, so he sealed every nail and screw on top of the roof. Hayden Cooper gave great customer service, I highly recommend this compay. HD Roofing installed a new roof for me after my old roof got hail damage this spring. I mostly interacted with the project manager, Hayden Cooper, who was friendly, professional, and responsive throughout the whole process. They managed to install the new roof in just two days and cleaned everything up very well. I was happy with the whole experience and the new roof looks great so far. HD Roofing, Painting and Remodeling is one of the best contractors in the business. The guys are genuinely talented, communicate effectively, show up on time, and finish on time. I used HD Roofing and Repairs to replaced rotting dormer sidings. I was very impressed at the working relationship we quickly established to identify the complete scope of the project. especially since what I really wanted was to fix some leaks that I assume were coming from where the dormers joined the roof but did not mention this up front.

HD Roofing is great. I met Don a little over a month ago when he came to check out my roof. He found enough hail damage to warrant an insurance claim so I scheduled an appointment with an adjuster. Don came and met the adjuster at my house and pointed out a lot of damage the adjuster otherwise would not have appropriated additional funds for.
