Do not trust this company! I used him for electrical wok in early 2022 and promptly paid him in full. Then In November, I asked him to do some work for me before the end of the year. The owner, Alphonso, literally promised me when he got back from his vacation on December 9, 2022, he would do the work. He knew I needed it done before the end of the year. It was only a four hour job and he could do it any day he wanted. I had a deadline with the city inspectors office to get the work done by the end of the year, and he knew that.

I waited for him to get back from his vacation, and then he was non-responsive for several days to my texts.

Finally, he told me he took a big job up north and could not do my work. Even when I begged him to do the work in January, when he had time, he said, he would not be able to do the work. It was only a four hour job! He did not care that I had a deadline with the city inspectors department. He put me in a terrible position. I had to hire another electrician on short notice and had to pay a premium for the work. I would never trust anything this person says to you.

Horrible experience. They left my home a mess and destroyed a wall which they refused to make right. Total clowns.

On time. On budget. Friendly crew.

We had Haro Electric fix an outside outlet, install a dedicated line to our hot tub and a new outlet in the garage. All were done very nicely and I was really surprised by the etiquette and work by the two workers. We had a great experience and would recommend them as well as hire again.

I had my basement family room rewired. New outlets, new LED recessed lights, and 2 baseboard heaters. They were very responsive with scheduling and questions. Very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

I have always had very good experiences with Haro. They service my properties and private residence as well. They are very responsive, priced competitively and have excellent customer service. I have nothing but good things to say about their services!

Xavier from Haro electric has been so fantastic to work with. When I called him for an issue he was extremely responsive and their technicians explained the problem And how it would be billed thoroughly.

Had them help me with some loose ends I needed done like putting on new switches, outlets etc. The pulled out some wiring and capped off old wiring, found a mistake that the old homeowner did that would trip the breakers. They were reasonable on that so I hired them another time to install can lights. Next time I had them update a panel for me. I got what I paid for.

This contractor came highly recommended to me, however my experience turned out to be a bad one. I hired them for a kitchen remodel in older home and had numerous issues, at first seemingly minor, increasingly severe as the project progressed. From the start, I had to continually clean up after the crew--demo and packaging dumped on the floor, not typical construction dust.

They used my tools and left them all over. Over and over again, the promised deliverables were left undone. Switch boxes were placed in the way of cabinets clearly on plan, then crudely hacked out of finished sheetrock and moved only to still not be right. All in all, they were called back 3 times to fix errors at rough-in stage, before being let go.

I then had another electrician in to review the work, and we discovered many things not to code--the worst being 3 separate places where Haro Electric had left exposed wiring, 2 instances being live.
