This company has been great to deal with from start to finish. They gave a good price, very happy with the product and the installation crew were fantastic. They arrived on time, wasted no time, did lots of prep work to ensure cleanliness and then did a thorough clean up job as they along. I will be using this company again in the future!

Had Marty come out and give a quote August 2021 due to 2 neighbors having their windows done by Guardian and they looked great. He gave us a quote and let us know immediately it would be February or March 2022 before they could be installed and the windows were installed today, March 18, 2022. The crew was on time and professional and I can't speak highly enough of Matt, Andres and Daryl - they were very on time, professional and respectful of property and we highly enjoyed having them replace our old windows with the new ones.

They were mindful of the dust and debris and and cleaned up afterwards to make sure there was no glass pieces left behind. I highly recommend Guardian Windows and Matt, Andres and Daryl for the installation. Their foreman, Fernando, is also on site and is professional and helpful. We solicited bids from 5 Houston area glass companies to replace the original 40 year old windows in our home. Upon closer examination of the companies, we disregarded the lowest bid due to discovering too many bad reviews. Of the middle priced bids, we chose Guardian Glass based on the strength of their composite Vinyl + Aluminum frames and the expertise offered by Marty.

We were further impressed a week later when we met Guardian's field supervisor Fernando during the measuring process. The installation included drop cloths throughout our home and courteous installers that were responsive to our needs. They installed our 22 windows in two days as scheduled. Guardian Windows have followed through with everything they promised.

Marty with Guardian Windows came out to my house to provide an estimate. He and arrived on time, was very knowledgeable about his product and quickly measured all my windows. He provided a reasonable estimate that was comparable to those being advertised by other companies. When the windows were ready, Jose came out to do the installation on a very cold morning.

He and his assistant were pleasant to deal with and were able to install all the windows in an efficient manner. They also used a plastic covering so the temperature inside stayed comfortable. They made the whole installation process painless and the end result looks great!

Almost gave up on finding the best Window Company. One of my 3 neighbors who had their windows replaced impressed me and recommended I call Marty. I was getting tired and frustrated from many companies not being knowledgeable and very pushy. Marty blew me away with his professionalism, knowledge and honesty. Take it a step further. No Pushiness! He gave us time to process everything. Marty's highly professional crew was absolutely dynamic. Fernando and his team as they installed 18 windows took care of the outside and inside of my home by draping landscaping, my furniture and floors.

They were so informative and cordial. They pointed out some issues that the old windows were causing and corrected it. Once completed they vacuumed, installed the blinds and made sure we didn't have any questions or concerns. I love my windows! I'm very impressed with the craftsmanship, installation, the noise reduction which is crazy, energy -efficient and the value it adds to my home. Highly recommend Guardian Windows!

Gaurdian Windows did an outstanding job installing our windows. We had to wait a while for the windows, but it was worth it. Two days ago, we had eight windows installed in our home by Guardian Windows. Words cannot express how impressed we are with the windows and more importantly the installation. We were pleased to have such highly skilled and experienced installers. Myself, I am an engineer by occupation, so I was more than just interested in the installation process.

With eight large openings in my house, I was concerned not so much with the appearance but what cannot be seen. I was interested specifically in how the installation would address water, air leakage, and the impact to my interior trim. All my questions were not only addressed but they exceeded my expectations. During the installation the Guardian installers found numerous problems with my home.

For every window the builder failed to properly attach the interior and exterior trim. Most of the builder window openings were not sealed properly and in several cases the builder windows were not securely nailed. The Guardian installers pointed out each of these problems and then explained how they would make the proper corrections. During the installation furniture in each room was moved as needed.

Drop cloths with floor protection and plastic were used extensively throughout. After completing the work in each room, everything was returned as found and the room was vacuumed for added measure. Afterwards we found our home relatively dust free. To be clear there was some dust but considering all the work performed it was easily addressed. After the installation was completed, we were amazed by the fit and finish at each window.

The measurement of the installation was so precise that no tile repair, painting, or drywall work was needed. We are so pleased with these eight windows that we immediately arranged for Guardian to have the remaining six windows in our home to be replaced. In closing, while these new windows look amazing, please consider what you don't see. That's where the real value is and peace of mind knowing the high-quality windows Guardian windows will be a lasting and sound investment in your home.

Guardian Windows is an awesome company! They just installed beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows across the front of our home. I cannot praise their crew highly enough. They were knowledgeable, skilled craftsmen who took as much care of our home as if it were their own home. After the job was done, they did an amazing job of cleaning up. This is the only window company I would consider hiring.

I can't say enough about the quality service that this company provided. We absolutely LOVE our new windows! We replaced the original 1970 windows on our home with beautiful clean clear windows and wow. what a difference! That's not all though. I had heard horror stories from other window companies where yes, they came in to replace the old windows but the entire process was messy, dusty and even left shards of glass after the fact! - Not these guys!

My husband and I made sure we removed any breakables or obstacles in their path as best we could, but when the guys left, there was no evidence they had ever been there. They swept, cleaned and shop vacuumed any leftover debris! Beautiful bonus in my opinion. They were also great at keeping me in the loop at what the plan was so that I could plan my whereabouts accordingly.

The process for 20+ windows took place over 3 full work days and it was a very noisy process, but well worth it and I HIGHLY recommend this company and their work team. They also worked with us to get a great price and while it was a huge investment for us, I am so pleased that we went with Guardian for our new windows!

Guardian Windows installed our windows in May 2010. We have a two story house and they completed the job in a day and a half. They were very neat and did not leave any debris behind. We are very happy with the windows and believe they helped reduce our electricity usage even though this was one of the hottest summers in Houston's history.

For the last two days, over the noise of breaking glass, I heard the team from Guardian talking, solving problems, laughing and working together so seamlessly, it was impressive! Extremely conscientious are two words that come to mind. They did a beautiful job and I've never found one sliver of glass left behind. Outstanding!

I am so excited about my new windows and sliding door that were installed today by Guardian! I hesitated for months to commit to a company for this job. You said you were in buisness since 1986 and had amazing crews. I have to agree you a have great windows, at a very fair price I belived you when you said you offer the highest value for the money. Ron and his crew are outstanding. I have never had such an enjoyable and quick remodel done on my home. They showed up at 7am and were done by 2pm.just like you said.
