If you are looking to have work done by this company in relation to Kilns, please have them come out and do an estimate and visual inspection beforehand. Not only did they leave without having the correct Nema fixture installed, but there was a lack of understanding on their part of how different kilns' power works and how a kiln sitter factors into overall amps.

They were willing to work with us to get the situation resolved, but in my opinion the work should have been done to completion the first time, with our equipment hooked up properly.
