Your program consists of 6 granular treatments along with liquid weed control as needed. Each application is season specific and will be scheduled approximately 6 weeks apart. Your program also comes with complimentary service visits per request, in between scheduled applications. We provide this program throughout central MA.We provide advanced notice of each visit and show up on schedule. Each treatment is applied professionally with high quality fertilizer (and alot of it!). You will receive an accurate invoice (both paper and email), as well as helpful information for a healthy lawn. Every time we are on your property, weed control will applied as needed.

Great Care offers singular event sprays for your outdoor parties, or programs that provide full year protection. We will target the perimeter of the property, around the foundation of the house and all problem areas. This process will eliminate fleas and ticks for several weeks, and drastically reduce the mosquito population.

I hired Great Care lawn service to perform some over seeding in the fall last year - the communication was a little bit off but their service technicians were able to walk me through my questions. However they were late to provide services but I decided to give them a second chance. I received an email during the winter to pre pay (over a thousand dollars) for spring and summer lawn care.
I had thought my pre payment would translate into great care as their name suggests. I was wrong - the lack any form communication were late on numerous treatments and if anything my lawn got worse. I have now attempted to emails them 7 times to get my last treatment refunded as it was never performed.

Do not recommend this company. Very difficult to get a hold of. Sometime they respond quickly other times not at all. I was more upset that they forgot to put a sign down that they had just serviced the lawn with chemicals. I told them multiple times we have dogs and were concerned that dogs might get sick. When they come, they normally put a sign out and I take my dogs else where but this is second time they didn't.
I emailed them about and they really could not of cared less about my concerns. I frankly am not even sure they they came and serviced the lawn, only found out once I got the bill.

GCLS has provided various mostly lawn maintenance services since 2017, after the draught of 2016 destroyed our lawn almost entirely. They did a great job in re-building healthy lawn ever since, including regular (re-)seeding, weed control, aerating and lawn fertilizing. In addition, they also helped contain pine tree fungus when needed. We have no complaint about their reliable and courteous service.

It took us months to get someone to even just call us back. Great Care Lawn Service was prompt, polite, and incredibly helpful in ascertaining what was needed and setting up our appointment. Andy has been so great. We originally hired him at our previous house and our lawn looked great. He is always available for other yard-related projects too: he did some stump grinding for us after the big ice storm 10 years ago. When we moved, the lawn at our new home was a DISASTER: literally looked like a sandlot after the first year. Andy came in and rescued everything: seeded things, came up with a fertilizer plan, and within a year our lawn is lush and green.
He always communicates before coming for a treatment, and is always available. His prices are very very reasonable. I cannot recommend Andy and Great Care more strongly. As others have said, why would you ever go with one of these big-box national companies when Andy is nicer, easier, more affordable, more reliable, on and on.

Andy has been taking care of our lawn for the past 4 years. He is very easy to work with, prompt and responsive. Our lawn was completely lost from the drought two years ago.
