Javier came out to fix a couple sprinklers that our builder had installed and he did a great job. Fully knowledgeable and experienced! Highly recommend!

Francisco came over to inspect my home from Holt Homes. He was very informative, friendly, and he was very polite.

Very professional, thorough and honest. They have extremely hard working employees who get the job done efficiently and fast. We waited about 6 weeks to get yard leveling, sprinklers and new sod. Which was super fast compared to 4 other local landscaping company's in the area who quoted me end of august when I inquired in April! The two hard working guys tasked with our yard got it done in 2 work days.

They were polite, respectful of our property and did such a great job. Working with Mitch was also really great, he's prompt and thorough. We will have them back in the future!

From the person to answer the phone when I called, to the owner of the company who came and gave us an estimate on our yard to most especially the crew (thank you Javier) who completed the landscaping, Grand-View was a top-notch company. They were professional, courteous and on time! We've dealt with other landscaping companies before and have never had any of them show up on time or had them do what was promised.

We've always been disappointed in the end result and trying to get them to come back and finish the work is near impossible. While we just had our work done, I feel confident if anything goes wrong, they would gladly come back. They worked tirelessly and with a smile on their face the whole time. I would definitely use this company again.

What a great value for the money I spent. I had contacted some large and supposedly "prestigious" landscaping firms in both Vancouver and Portland and was very disappointed with their service. Right away, they said they could do very little with my budget and I would need to spend at least $30,000 to get anything done (HAHA). I am so glad I contacted Grand-View Landscape.

When I met with Mitch, he was very positive with what he could do with my budget. I ended up being so excited about the design he laid out, I increased my budget to make sure all the work could be completed at once. Mitch knows his stuff. I really felt that i was finally being taken seriously. I wanted a native landscape that attracted birds, bees, and butterflies and he made my dream come true!

Had someone over, the person in charge of scheduling, last week. he was unable to complete the work so we set a time for him to come back today at 1130 am. I recieved no call or text at 1150 am so I texted him. still no call or message back at 1205 pm so I called the office. Excuses were all I got. If you want a professional company that will actually show up I suggest you look elsewhere. 1215 pm and still no call or text and nobody is here.

I love this company! After a very long string of landscapers gone bad, I'm very glad to report that I've been very happy with their customer service and work. I even waited about 8 months to write this review as it seemed that that's when things would start to go downhill with the previous landscapers. I'm still very happy, they are punctual, know what they're doing and how to care for your yard and plants, very kind and respectful and do a great job of checking in to make sure that they're doing things the way you like. Finally!

After being told from my last landscaper that my request to not have weeds in my flower beds was "too high maintenance", it's nice to finally get the service I've been hoping for and expecting all along. Every month I'm glad to pay this bill because I feel that the value is great. I would recommend them to anyone. And have.

The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Beware. They did my yard for about a year I enjoyed it and they did a great job. After several requests not to crush the edge of the grass-to flower beds And other requests That just seem to never be followed up on. Poor communication between actual workers Mexicans that speak poor English.

The communication between the owner, management, irrigation, and actual workers is clouded. If you have a pet it could be a problem if you like being talked over that could be a problem. I think they're just not doing well these days something internal with management or the owner is foul. Not sure.

They came out to give an estimate. They sent a very over-priced estimate, but since we were having trouble finding anyone who would do our back yard in our new home in Ridgefield, WA, we responded that we were very interested but would like specifics on plants before we paid the required 50% down. That was the last we heard. Not even a courtesy follow-up call. Unbelievable.

Unbelievable work ethic and quality! Javier and his crew are second to none. I would give them 6 stars if I could. I even kept adding work to the original job and they rolled with it and got it all done perfectly and more than timely!

What a great experience! After getting three other quotes from other companies who either did not listen to what I wanted, or quoted a high price for vague plans, I contacted Grand-View. Mitch listened carefully for what I had envisioned. He gave me a comprehensive quote with the various areas broken down so that I could prioritize what I could afford.

The prices were very reasonable considering the quality job that was done. Their workers were professional and paid attention to detail. Mitch checked in several times to make sure I was getting what I wanted and I was very pleased with the results. This company is detail-oriented, quality minded, and very communicative. I highly recommend Grand-View!

In todays business world, if your lucky, you get what you pay for, but not often. Grand-View delivered more than I even asked for. Their people are hard working and respectful. I sometimes think, because I'm 70 that either I don't count, or business's only want my money. These folks proved me wrong on both points. They gave me service beyond belief and at half of what a different company quoted me. Great workers and fair prices I could not ask for more!

I've been using Grand View for a number of years now and they do excellent, consistent work. The come every week and take care of everything. They even take care of out of normal issues quickly (bad sprinkler heads, or damaged ones). I've not had a job they weren't willing to tackle outside of normal maintenance, including a lot of drainage problems we've had. All of the crew members are always very friendly and very helpful. I recommend giving them a call if you are looking for landscape work or maintenance.

I've really enjoyed having Grand View Landscape tend our property. They do an excellent job, and I always see a drastic difference from before they come to after they leave. Great service and very responsive!

Grand-view landscape has been a great company to work with; very responsive when necessary. Grand-view is responsible for the development of our landscape including the building of our water-feature. They continue to provide lawn service, which includes weeding and raking beds; in addition, servicing the water-feature once a week during peak periods.

Stacy came to my home October 27th to talk to be about yard maintenance. My daughter and I were really impressed by Stacy's presentation, knowledge, and friendliness. She has a great personality! Dear Grand-View Landscape, In the winter of 2008 our baseball field needed some serious work; Grand-View came to help the kids in ways we have never seen. Stan Gaylord and David Sprague generously assisted in the planning and coordination with both the little league who manages and operates, and the School District who owns the property.

This is the second time we have used Grandview Landscape and are so please with our new yard design. We had our dream home built in salmon creek and asked Stan ( the owner ) and his designer to come up with a plan to go with our unusual modern style house. It turned out even better then I could have imagined and has made our house look amazing. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were worried about upsetting neighbors but the crew was friendly and handled it like pros, cleaning up everyday before leaving. Everyone in the neighborhood loved watching the transformation happen and came to visit. Thank you so much the beautiful yard. We now use them to do our maintenance on the yard, coming once a week to be sure to keep it looking good.

I used grandview to do a one time clean up on my rental including some tree removal. they did a awesome job I would highly recommend them

The price that was quoted was very reasonable considering the time and effort the work would save me. The work was very well and on time. They even made a second trip to do a little extra that I requested while they were there, and only charged me a few more dollars for the second trip. My trees look great! I will definitely work with Grand View Landscaping again.
