I am so impress with Gold Key Roofing. Especially with Ashley Girard very Professional and have a Great Personality. He went out of his way to help me. I did not know who to get to take my water solar panel down and who to get to fixed the ceiling in my garage. He was GOD SENT FOR ME. He kept me informed and i loved that. I was referred to Gold Key Roofing by a neighbor who searched and searched. I took his word for it and they did not disappoint. Adam took the time to sit down and walk through the roofing and insurance-claim process, with all pricing and fees described right from the start. When it was time for the work to be done, everyone who was involved was fast and professional and always asking if we needed anything extra.

As fate would have it, my insurance and mortgage company made the process INSANELY difficult. Gold Key was super supportive and understanding of the delays, always acknowledging it wasn't my fault and even helped me by contacting my respective companies when I couldn't get away from work to call. I have recommended them to everyone I know and will continue to do so!

After over one year of dealing with the insurance for a new roof, i then had the dauntng task of finding a reputable roofing company. I got several quotes before selecting Gold Key Roofing. Gold Key wasn't the cheapest but my decision was based on their years in business and most importantly all of the positive references i received. Steve Orozco was the sales representative and put me at ease from the first time we met.

From start to finish Ashley, Shawn, and Lance were responsive and easy to work with, they kept me up to date as far as the schedule. The highlight was the crew, they were excellent, it's the small things that matter, roof transitions, valleys, gables and vents. extra mastic in these areas make a big difference, I'm extremely happy with the overall job and the price was much lower than expected

Gold Key has been the silver lining in a nightmare experience to get a new roof. Adam came out quickly after my phone call and went through all options for the roof, explained the process and timeline, and was always available for questions when I had them. Their office was timely in paperwork and always picked up the phone when I called. When it came close to the time to get the roof done, I got a phone call to set up dumpster delivery and all of my questions were answered.

On roof day, I couldn't believe how quickly the workers got it done! Not only were they fast, but the cleanup was very well-done and while I did find some nails here and there (I was told 50,000 are used so it's impossible to get them all!), they left no trash behind and were respectful of my property. Since the roof has been done my insurance company and mortgage company have been a nightmare to deal with and Gold Key has been SUPER supportive in getting whatever extra documents I've needed. I would absolutely recommend them for not only their work but their customer service. 5 stars.

Most professional office staff I have ever felt with. My metal roof was installed on time and on budget. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Also they gave food to the Pet Alliance of Central Florida to help feed needy cats and dogs

Gold Key recently replaced the roof on my home. Ashley spent time with me before the actual job began, explaining the process and answering my questions. I did contact another company who also sent out a rep, but it was difficult to get a job quote; I think everyone is so busy dealing with short supplies and plenty of demand. The cleanup was thorough; I walked around my property, checking for debris, but was pleasantly surprised to find very little. Gold Key did a reroof on out house in 2018 after a freak hail storm damaged our shingles. Eric was great to work with throughout the whole process and the work done was first rate! Needed new roof, waited too long for replacement met with Jeff Maull he was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. He explained to me the extent of work involved and gave me a very fair price, the crew showed up and after stripping the roof I was able to see the just how bad it was. The guys did a great job! replaced almost all my plywood, and trim. Was very happy with the outcome, in fact much nicer than expected. Called Gold Key after finding a soft spot at the base of a roof seam. They provided a competitive quote and explained everything well. After doing the fix there was some leaking and they came out very promptly to fix it, including doing some additional work they didn't charge me for. Wow - what can I say, Gold Key Roofing went well above & beyond the call of duty for me! As a longtime Orlando resident, I've had my fair share of roofing issues with past properties. Once all paperwork cleared and the job was on the books, the materials were delivered on a Wednesday, workers started on Thursday, and the job was done by Friday evening. The dumpster was removed Saturday. The work was done very quickly, the workers were polite, and everything came out looking great!

I had initial 2 repairs for the same leak from Gold Key. When the leak appeared again (after warranty period), Shawn stepped in and resolved the issue right away without charging me anything extra. They came out and put tarp on the roof and then scheduled roofers to come out and rectify the situation. The crew that came out was very professional and was able to find and fix the leak. Amazing customer service. Called them for quotes. Previous roofing company told me I needed a new roof because of a small leak. Jeff came by, found the leak was due to a range hood vent not removed after renovation, explained how it was a cheap fix, gave me recommendations for my roof, and took care of it quickly. These people run a business the way a business should be run. If you need a roof repair or replacement, go to them. Honest, fast, customer centric. These guys are the real deal.

Have used several times for different properties. I like the fact they check out whole roof and not just what you think problem is. Also they only fix whats needed and don't add a bunch of stuff you don't.

Gold Key Roofing did an amazing job with my roof re-shingle. After all the shingles were removed from the roof, they took pictures of the boards underneath and shared the photos with me at the end of the project. Surprisingly, I did not require a single replacement board, so the quoted price was the final price that I payed. Gold Key roofing not only was professional about all the work that they did, but they were also very quick to respond to phone calls and emails.

In fact, out of the 8 or so calls I made to Gold Key throughout the process, the phone was always answered within the first few rings, and never went to voicemail. The post-installation inspection was a breeze as well and the job was completed in the time frame that they estimated for me (2-days). Lastly, I had a small issue with some of the old roofing material damaging a board in a fence I shared with a neighbor; and with just an email to Gold Key roofing, they came by the house within 24 hours to completely replace the damaged fence board (and adjacent board) with two brand new ones. I would definitely recommend Gold Key Roofing for anyone looking for a roof re-shingle or roof-repair.
