Yesterday we had carpet laid that we had ordered from your store. The three men who laid the carpet were polite, cheerful, and seemed to enjoy their work. They chattered and laughed, one even sang. I am very happy with the carpet and the job they did was fantastic. I will definitely be using your services again when we are ready to carpet the next room.

Last week, Home Depot sent Alex from Advanced Flooring Solutions, to install my floors and carpets. I just wanted to let you know that he and his partner Val did an excellent job. They were on time, courteous, clean and skilled. I know this is not usually something someone says about remodeling, but it was a pleasure to have them in my house.

Question/Comment: I would like to extend a thank you to Gary and Ross my installers for my new Pergo floor. They were always on time and did a great job cleaning up after they were done. I give them a 10+ and when I am ready to replace my carpet I will want them to be my installers again. Happy Holiday to you and their families.

Hi Serena, I wanted to say thank you guys so much for installing the carpet and pad for the veteran widow. I've seen the pictures and have spoken with the daughter, and I can't express how appreciative and excited she is for this to have happened, and so quickly.
