Glenn Baker's Heating & Air Glenn Baker's was first organized in January 1954, by Glenn H. Baker and Al Ross. Mr. Baker sold his share of the company in 1968, then in 1970 he purchased the company back and operated it till his death, at which time his son, Mike Baker took over the business. In the spring of 1971 Ronnie Watts graduated from Istroma High and went to work for Mr. Baker as a service tech.

Ronnie worked for Mr. Baker for 18 years and then got the opportunity to buy Glenn Baker's from Mike Baker in June of 1989. Ronnie Watts has been the sole owner of Glenn Baker's since. Glenn Baker's is a Family owned and operated company.

3-2020 - We contracted Glenn Baker Heating and Air to service our unit, which included cleaning the coils, outside unit, and the technician added 3 pounds of Freon WITHOUT checking for leaks. We've had our unit serviced annually, so it was upsetting that, for $180, we didn't get an explanation for the Freon charge. One month later my unit is freezing up again.

When I called them for help I was not satisfied when they said I'd have to pay for the service again, so I sought out a new provider. When the new provider showed up he said he would fire a technician of his who provided the cleaning service we received! Inside and out, the coils and unit were still filthy! No evidence that they were just cleaned a month before!

I recommend you call anyone but Glenn Baker! They got my money but no real service was provided! ** 1-18-21 - I contacted the office to inform them that the service was under my husband's name. She found the records and said she remembers speaking to me, but the only way she could offer to make it right was to have me return as a customer. Are. You. Serious?

I told her the best way to make it right was to refund the $180. that we could have well just burned. It took some encouraging, but she said she would speak to the owner. If, by some rare exception, I get a refund, I will return to edit this review again. I don't expect either to happen.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS COMPANY! Great customer service, dependable technicians and all around the best! No matter the job, the time or the problem. it gets solved with no call backs! Brittany, Debbie, Ronnie, Derrick, Robert, Jesse and Johnnie will go above and beyond for each of their customers, to the point that you feel you are the only customer they have! We love them so much!

THE WORST AC COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE / FRONT OFFICE IS INCOMPETENT AND THEIR INSTALL ON MY BRAND NEW HOUSE HAS CAUSED LEAKS THROUGH MY CEILING, DUCTWORK CAUSING FIRE HAZARDS AND AGAINST CODE, AND THE LIST GOES ON. AND THE WORST PART, I HAD TO ABSORB THE COST FOR ALL THE REPAIRS SINCE THEY WOULD PONY UP. IF YOU WOULD LIKE ME TO ELABORATE, I CAN DO SO BY EMAIL. IF YOU NEED A RECOMMENDATION, GO WITH ACCUTEMP! A+

Just had my A/C coils replaced by one of their expert technicians. Very professional service and craftsmanship. I Highly recommend this company. Great service by Great people.
