I have used Gladys Cleaning for many years and they never disappoint. Our condo unit is spotless and smelling really nice and fresh after every cleaning. Friendly and efficient customer service and cleaning staff.

After upgrading our master suit I called and they wanted to visit for quote - they Didn't come on time for initial job assessment. Not much flexibility! The crew never showedon 2 hrs arrival window - had to reschedule same day because they didn't want to cancel. Disturbing my schedules but greeting 2 people in but once I left they buzzed more people in without owners clearance!

They bypassed the security doorman and enter my unit and 'hanging' out in my livingroom! One lady was siting on my designer marble side table! I called out on it. Gladys says we should cancel but before I can answer - her crew took off! When I called her in shock she simply said they are DONE. Cancel and Done is not the same! 30mins of nightmare. When I told Gladys I don't need her service anymore siting the reasons above - she told me I have never used housekeeping before and call the police and report her if I felt uncomfortable.

Instead of apologizing I got this in text. How do you run housekeeping service? Who would want to open home to these guys? She also charged me for this nightmare which I gladly paid so I have full right to share this horrible nightmare and make sure I save fellow busy moms from this experience.

I have employed the services of Gladys Cleaning Service for years. Usually I am at work when they do their work, but during the pandemic I got to see them work. The before/after difference is stark and stunning. They are talented in doing little things in a colorful, professional way. They clean things I never thought would be included, and set everything up like it is a showroom.

They are honest, hard working and attentive to detail. Kudos to Gladys for her training, and employing people who are proud of their profession. I will never move from my condo unless they service wherever I am moving to.

Gladys' cleaning service did an amazing job with my disastrous house! We had moved 2 years ago and never did an initial deep clean + filled the house with 2 toddlers and all their things. Gladys was so understanding and helpful. She gave us a great rate. I compared her company with other Linden cleaning services and I was happy to use some of the money I saved to give the ladies a decent tip for their work. Really fast and they did such a great job! I called to have the inside of my RV cleaned. I asked for an estimate and they said between 200-300. I thought it was reasonable. I had a woman call me the next day to schedule a time to look at it.
