Have been using Gene's Heating and Air for over fifteen years for routine maintenance as well as system upgrades. VERY responsive in emergencies, great to work with on routine maintenance as well. They do great work professionally and are always on time. Also, unlike other mega-companies, they NEVER try to upsell you on something you don't need either.

They were reasonably priced, on time, responsive, and fast in my AC install. They accidentally damaged my dryer during the install but offered a fair discount on the AC invoice in response. My new AC works well. Hopefully, after a summer of using my AC this year, the 5 star review will remain. Service: Install AC

The crew installed a new furnace for us. They were on schedule just as promised. Had a full crew present to complete the job efficiently and quickly. The techs were courteous and pleasant to work with. Gene's office staff is great. They follow through on requests, are good listeners and are quick to return calls. Prices are fair market value and Gene, the owner, was on site for the installation. I recommend this Company for installation and service.

I called Gene's heating& Air for a 2nd option on my central AC unit after getting near 6,000 repair quote from wirenut to replace it. I'm so glad I called Gene's. They were reliable& honest. It was low on coolant from loose or broken caps! They put 3lbs of coolant& changed out the caps for 360 bucks. Wow. I so appreciated their honesty& all the $$$ they saved me. Highly recommend!

Gene's is simply the best! We've had two issues with furnaces in our "antique"; house with an attached rental cottage. Each time, Gene has provided a superior level of service, offered the most affordable options, creative solutions, and timely service. Whenever we have a problem, they're the only ones I'll call. Absolutely phenomenal service. Our furnace was blowing cold air, and our previous heating company had gone out of business. We contacted One Source Home Service and they claimed that our entire system needed to be replaced (for $20,000). We decided to get a second opinion, and Gene's Heating and Air was recommended to us by a realtor. Bob was so friendly and knowledgeable, and fixed the problem for $135. If you want your furnace fixed by an honest company who won't rip you off, go with Gene's Heating and Air.

These guys are AWESOME! We talked to two different ladies on the phone and they were both incredibly helpful, kind and very easy to work with. Ben did the work on our furnace and he did an amazing job. This company is one that you can trust to do exactly what needs to be done. We have been working with Gene's Heating and Air since the summer of 2016 and every service we have had with them have always been amazing! They are more than accommodating and ensure quick and great service. They make every encounter very personable and get the job done quick and at a more than reasonable price. They are very educated on the requirements for permits and will also educate their customers to ensure they have a full understanding of everything they are completing. Tech was pleasant and efficient. However his connection was not complete and another tech had to come out two days later to finish the installation. Both techs were on time and worked quickly. Gene's responds quickly to my calls and their charges are fair based on the work done. The office staff is pleasant and are could listeners who try hard to get the service to me quickly.

I live in Texas, and needed my summer home in Woodland Parks furnace worked on in January. My service contract, could not find a company to drive up there to do the work. I called a company I previously used but they do not go up there any more, they did give me Genes Heating and Air number and recommended them highly.

Gene's Heating is currently working one of our projects and they have been excellent to work with. Scheduling is a major component in completing our buildings on time and budget. Additionally, changes and on-site conditions require flexibility from the field team to the office team. Gene's Heating has worked tremendously well on both fronts.
