Absolutely criminal what their plumbing division is doing. Started off with an $1100 quote to replace a water heater. Within 12 hrs the quote was changed to $3300 with out having even seen the project. Finally on day before scheduled install the quote was changed again to $4700. The price gouging that they are doing is in believable. All these different quotes and not once did anyone come to look at the project.

Water heater got put in and after 2 different calls and my home flooded it finally got put in right and of course they are not taking any responsibility for the flooding of my home! Claiming it was a problem with the existing pipes in the home but yet the last person that came in fixed with it and I still have the existing pipes hmmm

We had a great experience with Hooper! We are remodeling our kitchen, which required us to move our existing gas line for our stove. Hooper, from inquiring to completion was fantastic. I highly recommend their services - it was easy breezy, our service tech was in and out in about 2 hours.

I needed to replace a tank water heater so I was debating between sticking with a tank or going tankless. I probably would have stuck with a tank but Hooper in Madison sent a person out to look at my current setup and discuss options. After speaking with him, I chose the tankless. Hooper was $1,000 lower than the other 2 estimates I received and in a price range that I was willing to make the jump to tankless. We have been using it for 6 months now and have been very happy with the performance. Hooper will be back out this week to replace our water softener.

Beware of their price. I called them for a quick check on my heater and plumbing. For about 30 mins of work I got an invoice of 210$. Actually for this price they didn't fixed anything. I will not go with them in the future and will not recommend them.

They installed my tankless water heater, coming in between $500-$1000 lower than other estimates for the same/similar higher end model. Installation was quick and easy. They did a good job with the quote, service, customer service, and instructions/education on unit operation.

I've been pleased with this company in the past. But recently was charged for a second call to fix my furnace when the problem should have been diagnosed on the first call made a month before. It is upsetting when companies don't stand behind their work.

Whole interaction was great from the person I talked to on the phone to the tech who made our repair. They responded promptly, were on time, and honest. Our issue was something they typically address during a routine maintenance visit.
