2/5/2022: I had a concern about a small crack in a garage door panel. Richard was my technician and he repositioned a support beam and gave the garage door a complete service. This company is GREAT. They will help fix your problem and not sell you something you don't need. Highly recommend Garage Door Solutions. This is an excellent family owned and operated business. Cole (3rd gen family) is excellent!

I called to have them come out on 8/18 to replace a broken hinge. A couple of days later I decided to replace a few more hinges and the rollers. I ended up getting into trouble and causing a mess. I called them back and Cole was able to fix my problem. Reasonable pricing, knowledgeable and professional, excellent customer service. If you have an issue with your garage door. This is the most friendly, reasonably priced repair service I deal with. We've used them twice and I'm always surprised how quickly they respond and how reasonable their prices are. Oh, and they do great work and don't try to sell me something I really don't need. I'm a customer for life!

We had 4 springs replaced June 1, 2012. This evening, after getting home from work I needed something from the grocery store. The garage door opened lope sided half way. The garage door was stuck. My husband and I could not move the door. The company said that we had to may $50.00 for emergency fee because it was after hours.

Fast and excellent work performed by Frank. We were afraid we needed a new garage door but it just needed to be reattached, tightened and rebalanced. All done in 45 minutes. Very happy with the job and highly recommend Garage Door Solutions!

I called to have an outside key pad installed for my garage. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. Having the key pad makes life easy since I no longer have to carry my keys when I go for a run and don't have to be worried about locking myself out of the house.

The technician was actually a nice guy. He told me specifically just what was wrong with the door in just about one second, and afterwards he mended this. The door is operating effectively right now. I was actually impressed with every thing. I would definitely give them an A grade, all the way.

Poor workmanship, wants you to buy everything.and after 3 visits to fix my garage door and lots of money, decided to go with another company, which finally fix it within 5 minutes, and cheaper.

I do not recommend this company. My garage door opener was malfunctioning, and I was told a small part needed to be replaced. They also changed the rollers on the door (inexpensive item) and lubricated the door. The total was over $600. Within a couple of days, the problem came back as bad as ever. A more responsible company since that time has told me that my machine was too old (about 13 years) to bother fixing it, and the repairman was wasting my time and money. I have now replaced the unit and the door works great.

I failed to let my hatch down on my utility vehicle and hit the garage door with the windshield wiper on the back door; the garage door was already old and needed one of the sections replaced. The door was not operational at all and was pretty much in shambles; the technician not only made it operation he reinforce the door so that it continued to work as if was brand new.

These guys are the best! From the people that answer the phones to the technicians that come to the door, they are friendly, polite and have a sense of humor! They never try to sell you anything you don't need and they always show up when they say they will.

American Service Center is number 1 for a reason. They are fast, efficient and reasonably priced. They came on time, were very friendly and fixed the garage door in about 30 minutes. They didn't try to sell me anything extra.
