Super friendly guy on the phone, they sent over Daniel who was our technician. He did such a great job, he made my door a lot less noisy and walked my husband and I on how to download an app to use our garage door. It was mind blowing! Definitely recommend these guys.

We had an old garage door on a warehouse type building that had to be removed and a new one installed. James was the installer. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did the most amazing job. I would highly recommend Garage Door Doctor for a new door or any service for an existing one.

I called to get a quote and a representative, Evan, came right out to my home. He later talked me through options. When I was ready to move forward a few days later, he came out within 30 minutes of my call to review and confirm options. Garage door doctor was amazing. I called first thing in the morning and the technician was there by Noon. He was knowledgeable and not only fixed the issue but repaired two other problems. The cost was very reasonable. I'm going to use them going forward without hesitation. Great experience!

I was finally tired or my garage door sounding like a very old roller coaster and stopping a foot above the ground. I called Garage Door Doctor on Friday afternoon and scheduled a service call for Tuesday between 4 and 6pm. Eric actually arrived a few minutes before 4:00. He evaluated the problem and gave me several option including replacing the 22 year old motor unit.

I told him what I wanted and, to my surprise, he pulled everything I wanted out of his truck and, in less than two hours, I had a new drive unit, new rollers, new sensors, and a new outdoor keypad. I was very impressed with Eric's professionalism, efficiency, and thoroughness, and especially his being able to do everything on the spot.

My garage door quit working. I nean literally fell apart while I was opening the door. Josh from Garage Door Doctor came out and not only did he fix the door, it's much quieter now, he provided the correct parts to lower and raise the door. With all that said he took the time to have a conversation with me while he worked. I would definitely recommend Josh for anyone having issues with a garage door. You guys are awesome!

Josh did a great job servicing our garage door. We thought our spring had gone bad, but after careful inspection of the entire assembly Josh found that the spring was actually in really good shape. The problem was with the cable system which wouldn't allow the door to raise or lower. He replaced that and the rollers, made other adjustments, and took additional time to inspect and make adjustments to the other garage door at our request. Josh carefully took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before signing off on the job. We are very impressed with his attention to detail and workmanship. We highly recommend!

I needed my old garage door replaced and new opener. Called in the morning, came by the house shortly after, and installed brand new door and opener the same day. Alex did my estimate and install, and was a super nice guy from start to finish. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Family member nailed the track of garage door exiting one morning. Not only did they get a representative to my house super fast but they took the time to fix the rail instead of just charging me an arm and a leg to replace it. As a precautionary measure, we contacted the GARAGE DOOR DOCTOR, the only company that we use, for a tune up, since our garage door is a bit older. Let me start out by saying, when you call them, A PERSON immediately answers the phone and there aren't 10,000 prompts (THANK YOU!) to get to a live person. As luck would have it, on the day of our tune up, earlier than we expected, which was a plus - we encountered Josh.

He listened, was patient, kind, professional, and quite knowledgeable. Although the intent was just for a tune up, the small changes that he recommended, gave our garage door more life and ease of movement. We immediately noticed a difference in our garage, as soon as he finishined changing the wheels and the price point was ideal and made sense. Had a Wayne Dalton system for a 16 x 7' garage door and couldn't get anybody to work on it. called these guys had them come out. They had previously done a maintenance service. Within 12 hours they came out diagnose the problem replace it with parts that I can easily get the next time if necessary at a very reasonable price. Clean job highly recommend Josh and Dustin for their professionalism and accuracy and courtesy.

Our Garage Door went out and I called the Garage Door Doctor and they came out right away! I have to take my husband to and from Dialysis and I puts me in a bind but they were able to put me on an emergency situation. We had to replace our Garage Door System because of it been old. I am so pleased with Cody and he was such a pleasant person and got us set up quickly and now we have a better system that I can check from my Phone! We need a new garage door. The ad I heard on the radio stated that garage door doctors does free estimates, never a service charge and you can send them away for any reason. This was not the case. Unfortunately I was not there for the quote and my wife paid the salesperson. When I tried to get it refunded I was given the run around. I finally. talked to the owner.

He said because if Covid they charge for everything and take as much as they can get. He said he would apply the amount if I bought a door from him. I now see why he has to take every penny he can. After getting another quote I found a higher quality door for much cheaper. Save yourself the headache and money by going anywhere else

Your tech Josh was out this morning promptly, and very polite. We called Saturday late afternoon for our garage door that was stuck. Our call was answered even after hours and we were given an appointment time for that Monday. Josh was prompt and gave great suggestions for longevity and maintenance of our garage door so wouldn't leave us with it stuck open. Josh was great! What a great representation for your company.

Friendly service. Our garage door spring broke suddenly Saturday night. They said first available time someone could come was Monday 7:30am. Josh came Mon morning and promptly identified the issue. It was about an hour of work. It's only been an hour or so but so far so good-working like new. He said the replacement should last another 10k opens and closes. 1 year warranty. Total was about $400 for 2 springs.

Garage door spring broke, I called the doctor late Friday afternoon, and they scheduled Robert to be at my door at 7:30 the next morning. Robert was right on time. Replaced the spring and all the moving parts in about 90 minutes. Very professional and thorough.

I called several places, including one other garage door specialist as well as other stores, to compare pricing. No one could match Mark's price and no one came close to his response time - he told me he could put in two new doors the next week (and this was on a Friday) compared to 4-8 weeks quoted by the others.

I called Garage Door Doctor to get an estimate to replace two panels on our single-car garage door. Mark said that he thought he might have the panels in stock and he would call me right back. He did so. His estimate was much better than the other two I had gotten. He scheduled the work to take place in two days and arrived at the agreed-upon time.

Garage door broke on a Friday. We called Saturday morning and it was fixed Saturday afternoon. Very professional and courteous with reasonable pricing. We absolutely would use Mark again for any garage door needs.

Mark came out on a Sunday to provide an estimate for our garage door. He indicated we could replace springs, but the door really needed to be replaced. His company showed up the following day and completed the job. We would highly recommend Mark and company to our friends and neighbors.

I returned from an errand today, Friday, and garage door would not work, looked inside and discovered spring broken. Mark and he was able to schedule repairs for 2-3 hours later same day. Mark arrived in 2 hours and completed repairs in about 45 minutes. Nice young man who seems to want to do good job at fair prices. One man operation so low overhead.

They came out, repaired the door but the next day the door failed to close and the roller was catching the bolt they put in. Called them and asked them to have someone come out, didn't get a call back til 7 hours later.

Stay away. Owner is abusive if /when you question his service and quality of his repair (and you will as he takes as many shortcuts as he can get away with). The same garage door spring failed 3 times in 4 years.

Had a very good experience having a new garage door installed. Thomas arrived exactly when he said he would, did the work promptly and cleaned up the work area. Door works well - much quieter opening/closing and better looking than the old wood door.
