Fredericks Landscaping

Do not use them. My HOA uses them. They are a very unprofessional landscaping group. A few examples: 1. They are supposed to weed before mulching but instead blew mulch partially over the weeds to cover them instead of removing them. 2. They used a mulching tool and blew it onto my front steps. 3. They knocked over my backyard fence and didn't tell me. 4. The drive recklessly in the neighborhood. Do not use them.

I've haven't used these people, but someone in my neighborhood did. I was out for a walk around the time they were leaving, and two or 3 guys in a company truck decided to sit at a stop sign and gawk at me and cat call me out of their window. If you have daughters or just females at your house or in your neighborhood in general, please use someone else.

They were unprofessional and could be potentially dangerous if they can't control themselves while representing their company. It's situations like this that make females feel uneasy about walking alone or doing certain things in general. I will be going elsewhere if I ever need this kind of service.

Unless you want your "landscapers" walking through your landscaping, your neighbors landscaping, and using your backyard as a restroom, DO NOT use this company. They were working on a condo's landscaping near our house, and their workers decided to cut through our new landscaping to use the restroom in our landscaping, on our property. We are close to many businesses that this man could have gone to. Completely unprofessional, trespassing, and all around disgusting.

They are a horrible company, time after time after time they are tearing things up they have no honor and do not care what they break talkin to the condo association now to get them out they are a horrible horrible company.

No response whatsoever, even after having left a detailed message, few days back due to having a definite need or timeline. Very very poor Customer Service!

The Worst! We've used Fredericks Landscaping in the past but after this year we will NEVER use them again. In the past we had great experiences with them and even recommended to our friends. That will not happen after this year. Fredericks never provided us an estimate for the work that was supposed to be done, they never scheduled us (they just showed up one day), didn't even do half of what they were supposed to do, and planted a plant that was not what we discussed.

They wouldn't return calls or emails. Once we finally got them to call us back and they agreed to come finish the uncompleted work.they never showed up. We ended up having to rent a stump grinder and a truck to remove the stump from the tree they cut down. From start to finish this has gone on for over 8 months!

I hired them last year for a large landscaping job. At first it looked beautiful but soon after 1 of the bushes died. I called them to come back and replace it. They just won't return my calls. I even e mailed them. They also charged me for 2 extra shrubs that they never planted. Terrible company, don't waist your time or money on them.

My association hired these shmucks to care for the whole area here in springdale. first year was great! this year they killed my lawn and my new bushes. when I call they ignore me. So I am a disabled Navy Retired Veteran and these shmucks destroyed my lawn. go with Natorps they are better

Our Fredericks representative communicates effectively and in a timely manner. He has a wealth of professional knowledge and solves site issues quickly

I just wanted to again thank Jason and his crew for the design and installation of my landscaping project. They were able to meet my emergency timing for installation and completion of the project. The end result far exceeded my expectations and came under budget too! I can't begin to tell you all the compliments I've recived from friends and neighbors since project completion.
