Flooring By Design

Flooring crew did a great job on refinishing my 60 year old Oak Hardwood flooring. They made color selection easy and almost any color possible. The installers did very detailed work around stairs. Salesman Daivd Walker was quick to answer any questions I had even after we had already closed on the job, he was always easy to reach by phone when we had any questions. Would use them again for our next flooring project.

I met Heath with Flooring by Design on a Monday to get a quote for replacing all of the flooring in a house I'm selling and he came back super quick with a great quote, and had the entire thing done by the following Saturday. On top of that it was stellar quality work!

I wanted to replace an old living room, hall and kitchen floor. I have cats so I wanted something that looked nice but at the same time was durable. I had several estimates done. Flooring by Design beat everyone on price. I went with a Cortec LVP flooring. I'm very pleased with this floor. It looks like wood but is waterproof. I was impressed with the installation. The crew arrived in the morning and worked till they finished. They didn't take lunch or a break. Floor looks very nice.

I was glad the same company that installed our floors 18 years ago was still around and was able to order the same wood flooring that I have in the other rooms. I was worried it was discontinued and would have to go with a similar product. Kaylen was very helpful and super friendly to work with. The installers were excellent. The only suggestion I have is that it is very important for businesses to keep their customers in the know in the order, I had to call to find out the status and it should be the other way around. But I am very pleased with the floors and will use them when I am easy to do my other rooms.

Kaylan at flooring by design was EXCELLENT. She helped with design and followed through to the ending touch ups. She helped us go the route we wanted without upselling us. The team at Flooring by Design were exemplary! Let's start with the installers who did all the heavy lifting and fit & finish work for our 6000 square foot Church sanctuary. Fernando and Robert did a great job! Major kudos to Fernando and Robert on this complex installation around professional sound boards, floor vents, stairs, ramps, stadium seating, trap doors and curved surfaces throughout our sanctuary.

And last but not least Kaylan, and Heath who were fabulous to work with as we made decisions on all the particulars of carpet type, color selection, warranties and pricing. Everyone was patient, informed and wonderfully professional in all of our deliberations. Everyone involved was an absolute pleasure to work with in partnership with us in accomplishing the refreshing of our church.

Also Malcolm picked up and routed many of the multiple calls from us as we worked through getting our questions answered on this big project. Thank you everyone! The results are a stunning success! We look forward to working with you again for our flooring needs throughout the rest of our church.

Flooring by Design replaced the sub-floor and tile in our powder room. They did a great job from start to finish. Kaylan was super helpful with tile choices and keeping things on track. The tilers were courteous, easy to work with and the floor looks beautiful. Highly recommend these folks.

We recently used Flooring by Design to install carpet in our dining room. I got a few quotes and Flooring by Design ways by far the most affordable. Kaylan was really great to work with and went out of her way to help us find the right carpet. The installation was quick and it looks great! Some of the quarter round molding was damaged on installation, but some of it was damaged already so I don't think it was their fault. We are very happy with our experience and would use them again!

Wonderful experience! They did every floor in my condo - tile, carpet, and refinished wood/put in new wood, as well as the stairs! Workers are courteous and do an amazing job!

I am a general contractor and have seen their work up close. They are clean and thorough. Great customer service too. I especially like their hardwood floor work.

Flooring by Design is fantastic. I am a handyman and I can do floors, however, I met Heath and his professionalism and quality of services are great! I have decided it is better to send these jobs to him instead!
